Schöner Aufenthalt aber Preis/Leistung passt nicht ganz

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Lage mitten in der Natur. Der Spabereich hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen im Restaurant war ebenfalls total gut! Die Hotelmitarbeitenden waren sehr lieb. Es gibt tolle Wanderwege direkt von der Unterkunft aus.

Cons:

Das Personal im Restaurant fanden wir zum Teil nicht herzlich und arrogant wirkend. Das Frühstück ist ab 9:15 schon relativ leer gefegt und wird auch nicht aufgefüllt. Es gibt wenig vegetarische Optionen und eigentlich keine veganen. Auch die Einrichtung des Restaurants fanden wir etwas lieblos. Es haben Deko wie Blumen oder Kerzen gefehlt, die für ein schönes Ambiente gesorgt hätten. In den Zimmern hat uns ein Kühlschrank gefehlt und ein Smart-Tv wäre cool gewesen, um abends mal etwas schauen zu können. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel zu dem Preis hätten wir mehr erwartet.

Спасибо большое за прекрасный отдых. Очень тихо, комфортно, в ресторане вкусные блюда, хорошая сауна, прекрасное расположение, парковка на территории. До скал пешком 10 минут.

Cons:

Ванная комната, у нас в номере была ванна, не очень удобно принимать в ней душ, муж поранился, мало места. Берите лучше номер с душем.

Licht und ein wenig Schatten
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Umgebung und liegt in der Nähe zahlreicher lohnenswerter Ausflugsziele. Das Zimmer ist in Ordnung und das Essen im Restaurant schmeckt gut, auch wenn die Auswahl an Gerichten recht übersichtlich ist. Fischgerichte werden beispielsweise nicht angeboten. Spa Bereich ist eine gute Ergänzung zum Zimmerangebot.

Cons:

Persönlich enttäuscht hat mich jedoch die Abrechnung am Ende des Aufenthalts. Aufgrund eines Internetausfalls am Abreisetag war es dem Hotel nicht möglich, die Zahlung vor Ort entgegenzunehmen. Stattdessen wurde mir die Rechnung per E-Mail in tschechischen Kronen ausgestellt. Nachdem ich darauf hingewiesen hatte, dass meine deutsche Hausbank für eine Überweisung in einer Fremdwährung höhe Gebühren berechnet, wurde mir weder ein Preisnachlass noch eine alternative sichere Zahlungsmöglichkeit angeboten. Die Übermittlung sämtlicher Kreditkartendaten (wie der PIN oder des CVV-Codes) per Telefon oder E-Mail kommt für mich nicht infrage.

Somit bleibe ich unverschuldet auf zusätzlichen Kosten sitzen, die ich bei einer reibungslosen Zahlungsabwicklung hätte vermeiden können. Das ist sehr schade und hinterlässt einen unangenehmen Beigeschmack...

die Lage ist sehr gut, 20 Minuten bis Pirna, gute Wanderwege, wunderbare Küche

Cons:

kein Kühlschrank im Appartement, keine Nachttischlampen im 2. Zimmer.

Pros:

Krásný hotel v krásném prostředí ostrovského údolí s vyhlídkou na skály. Rybníčky s lávkami dotváří velmi příjemnou atmostféru. Hotel má velmi příjemný vibe, vše je čisté a funkční, dostatek prostoru na vše. Wellness s bazénem a saunami, vířivkou, vše v ceně. Personál ochotný a příjemný. Úžasná restaurace má obrovskou nabídku všeho nač si vzpomenete k snídani, přes den pak famózní jídla z Menu.

Cons:

Postel je NA MŮJ VKUS příliš měkká a peřina hodně teplá na aktuální teploty. Jinak asi není nač si stěžovat. Jo, jedna sauna nebyla zrovna v provozu, to se může stát.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in toller Umgebung, mit sehr gutem Essen und einem hundefreundlichen Hotel.
Pros:

Die Umgebung war wunderschön und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch mit unserem kleinen Hund war der Aufenthalt völlig unkompliziert. Das Essen im Hotel war ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Uns hat nichts Wesentliches gestört.
