Since check in got hard time with not written policies read to me like a third grade school boy, "visitors not allowed in the room", only in the lobby, a 20' by 12' area where everyone had to listen other people talking. I went Lima for my brother's funeral, and it was very disgusting discuss some private topics in front of front desk staff or other guests. At checking out also a ridiculous charge of $8.00 for a dime size coffee spot in one of the towels, probably old, because "we don't have a washer in situ and have to send linen to a laundromat service" They don't deserve a 3 stars rating... will not recommend booking!
The room is clean and comfortable
The staff were really disrespectful and rude to myself and my girlfriend.
When we arrived back to the hotel after going out for the night, they tried to stop my girlfriend entering the hotel and said she was not the same girl who had registered just a few hours earlier. They accused me of bringing a different girl home with me than the one I had left the hotel with and made my girlfriend show her ID again to prove them wrong.
My girlfriend was of course very upset by this and I thought it was completely out of order and no way to treat clients.
De centrale ligging in Miraflores en een ruime kamer met een goede douche/bad.
Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Ze waren de straat aan de kant waar ik sliep aan het asfalteren. Nogal gebroken nachten gehad daardoor.
Daarnaast heb ik een boete gekregen van 52 PEN omdat er een vlek op een handdoek zat. Ze garandeerden dat die schoon was toen ik hem kreeg. Heb het niet gecontroleerd maar op andere handdoeken zaten ook vlekken.
Aangezien het personeel amper Engels sprak, ging een verdere discussie niet helpen. Ik mocht een klachtenformulier invullen maar daar heb ik vanaf gezien.
Dit staat overigens los van het personeel. Absoluut geen klachten over het personeel.

De kamers zijn schoon en comfortabel. Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kan het hotel zeker aanraden.
Si hacen la reserva por Booking el valor sale en dólares. Ellos no cobran en dólares entonces traducen el valor a soles y al cambio que ellos manejan. Total termine pagando como $12 extra a lo que pensé que había reservado.
Localização e tamanho do quarto.
Anúncio aparecia café da manhã, descobri no check in que a opção de valor que escolhi não dava direito, mas na redondeza havia várias opções para tomar um café.
Ar condicionado do quarto 601 é barulhento.
