Tuvimos una mala experiencia durante el check-out, nos hicieron esperar sin respuesta alguna y un mal trato del personal, Mientras me estaba duchando, una persona de housekeeping tocó la puerta y la abrió antes de que pudiéramos responder. Fue una invasión de nuestra privacidad. El personal debería saber qué habitaciones siguen ocupadas y cuáles ya hicieron el check-out. Este tipo de situaciones no deberían ocurrir.

Pros:

Chambre d’hôtel très confortable. Grand lit super agréable. Chambre et salle de bain très propre. Équipements de qualité. Avec un bon petit déjeuner buffet. Possibilité de laisser les bagages après le séjour le temps de la journée.

Cons:

Une dame à l’accueil était pas aimable du tout. Pas de sourire, ne nous regardait même pas. Impossible de faire le check in 30mn avant l’heure alors que nous étions épuisés de notre trajet. Et checkout strict elle nous a envoyé un sms 3mn avant l’heure pour nous demander de descendre de la chambre. Nous étions prêts.

I had a great time at this hotel.
Pros:

I left before breakfast was served...but they prepared a packed breakfast for me that was ready at 5am. Wonderful service!!

Agradável e boa localização
Pros:

Boa localização no distrito de Miraflores, perto do paqrue kennedy. Excelente ponto de partida para explorar a cidade e aproveitar excursóes para fora da cidade. O alojamento oefreçe boas condições em geral e um bom pequeno almoço. Staff sempre atento e disponível para ajudar.

O trato da funcionária Beverly, muito prepotente e sem jeito de falar com a minha pessoa, é realmente pésimo, não aconselho para ninguém, senti xenofobia por se tratar que sou peruano e não estrangeiro, até meu colega ficou constrangido na forma dela pedir as coisas, sabendo que nunca nos deu o ticket da mala, realmente me senti triste que no meu país seja tratada desta forma, muito triste de verdade.

Estadia confortable y cercade todo
Pros:

Fui por trabajo, la habitación era cómoda, limpia y bastante amplia con buena iluminacion natural, la cama gigante y el desayuno es bueno con lo necesario para iniciar la mañana.

Mal servicio y No volveremos.

La zona donde se encuentra ubicado el hotel

Cons:

La atención del personal fue mala, las sábanas estaban ásperas y el aseo de la habitación no lo realizaron. El desayuno bufet es muy básico.
