Delta Business Hotel

Грязно с порога! В холле не моют, номера зашарпанные, обои ободранные, халаты с дырами... в номерах холодно! После того, как из под душевого «корыта» полился потоп, поменяли номер на «улучшеный».... стены крашенные - с чёрными разводами, на ковролине пятна, в ванной запах жуткий и тот же холод .... завтраки на 3.
Единственный плюс этого отеля - персонал!!! Отзывчивый, вежливый, который пытается изо всех своих возможностей хоть как-то сделать отдых комфортным....

Проживал в двухместном номере, где кровати были соединены. Номер был в светлых тонах, уютный и чистый. Оформили меня быстро, рассказали как мне добраться до моего номера. В номере есть чайник, пара пакетиков чая, чашки, мини-бар (которым я не пользовался). Был халат и тапочки, в ванной был зубной набор (щётка и паста) и шапочка для душа, фен. Удобно, когда в номере всё есть и не надо брать с собой из дома это всё. Завтрак был вкусный, если заканчивалось блюдо, работники ресторана оперативно пополняли всё. Персонал во всём отеле очень доброжелательный

스튜디오에 숙박하였습니다. 위치나 영어소통이 가능한점, 서비스수준 등은 매우 만족스러웠으나, 조식중에 1층 레스토랑에서 죽어있는 작은 쥐를 발견하였고 스탭이 와서 치워줬어요.. 직원도 저도 매우 놀랐는데 어쨌든 호텔에서 있어선 안될일이라 생각되어요.

早上八点火车，七点酒店不能提供早餐。酒店提示早餐时间是早上八点到十点，这是早餐时间？服务太差了，不能打包，更不要奢望退早餐钱！一个字：差!两个字：很差！！三个字：非常差！！！

Fomos atendidos pela recepcionista Kira, funcionaria muito solicita, proativa. Nao nos deixou sem solucao a qualquer momento. Hotel proximo a avenida karl marx, a principal de Irkutsk, onde estao lojas, museus, teatros, pracas maravilhosas, Rio Angara fica no final dela.

Отель далеко от центра, ресторанов рядом нет. Если приехали и остались на пятницу, субботу и воскресенье то нужно искать ресторан, так как ресторан при отеле занят под свадьбы и юбилеи. Мебель в номере старая, в туалете постоянный запах сырости, интернет работает слабо. Невкусный завтрак

場所は不便だがホテルのサービスは満足

Rooms are regular and clean, the reception staff is excellent and helps to organize everything. Fluent in English.

The room is clean and fresh, the bed is a bit small though
Staff are nice and can speak English well.

This hotel is connected to an excellent restaurant, that serves an excellent breakfast. The hotel is comfortable, not a high end hotel, but very nice.

Taxi driver may have trouble finding the hotel. At the hotel's address, there is no sign visible from the street indicating the hotel is there. There is a sign "RESTAURANT" you can see from the street. The taxi has to be told to go just past the part of the building with the restaurant sign, and then turn in to the right and go through a fence into the hotel parking lot. Only at this point is any sign indicating the hotel is there visible

I was super impressed with this hotel. The service was excellent, very helpful and friendly staff with good english. The hotel was very clean and the room was large. Facilities were nice and food in the restaurant was excellent. They even helped me to find my next hotel and made a booking on my behalf. I would stay there again, I was very impressed. I was also pleased with the bill at the end of my stay.i would have expected to pay more, in fact I have paid far more for far less.

The best thing about this hotel was the reception staff. They spoke good english and were always happy to help, including with train bookings and directions. Our room was a lovely large corner room on the top floor. The breakfast was also good. The hotel is only a couple of blocks from the buses to Lake Baikal. We would definitely stay here again.
