One Night Stay.
Pros:

Great value for money airport hotel

Pros:

We had missed our flight from Belfast International at 7am and couldn't get one until the next morning. Nowhere were able to let us check in before 3pm , but when we rang the Ballyrobin Helen answered and told us she would help.

We arrived about 7 30 am and she made us coffee/tea and breakfast and let us stay in the lounge area. Made sure our room was cleaned first on the list and let us check in before 11am. She was a true superstar and helped us no end.

Shes worth the 5 stars by herself, so Ballyrobin would get 10 stars if I could give it!

Comfy bed. Good sized room.

Disability access room. Strong smell of prolonged damp coming from wet room. Horrible.

We will stay again if travelling via Belfast airport.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly. The rooms spacious and bathroom well equipped. The location was perfect for the airport.

Cons:

The meals were basic but freshly cooked. The breakfast was buffet style but there were plenty of options. The staff were willing to accommodate specific requirements.
