Pros:

In the very centre of town, and still it's very peaceful and quiet. Easy to reach, and close to all the amenities. My usual stay when in Sheerness, the hotel has everything I need. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom has plenty of hot water, the shower works really well, the heating does a really good job at keeping the room warm when outside is very cold, and the tea and coffee making facility is a nice welcome. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is slowly being improved and looks better every time. If one prefers the anonymous perfection of a big hotel chain, then perhaps this is not it, but it has lots of unique personality, character, and great value for money.

Dobre miejsce na jedną noc w trakcie naszej podróży
Pros:

Pokój był czysty, wyposażony był w wygodne, nowe, czyste materace i pachnącą swieżą pościel oraz ręczniki.
Pokój mieliśmy z widokiem na miasto.
Śniadanie angielskie było obfite, smaczne a obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna.

Do not waste your money
Pros:

Nothing we did not stop after seeing the room so a waste of £150.
Do not stay at this hotel.

Cons:

3 broken windows on the first floor, bar was full of packs of bottle water look like a dump, the door to the room was very hard to open, the curtain was hanging off the rail, the side of the bath was broken with no hand rail to get in or out. Did not try the beds

Old,dirty,falling to pieces, up 2 flights of stairs. No liquor licence it had been revoked due to drug use on the premises. Broken kettle, TV and lighting. No hot water or towels for shower.

Pros:

Номер просторный и чистый. Есть кофе и чай. Постель удобная.

Cons:

В номере было 2 батареи - одна в ванной и одна в комнате. Батарея в комнате не работала, а это критично при проживании в декабре.

Pleasantly surprised, superb bargain stay
Pros:

What a beautiful old building, it is showing its age but for what we paid for the room it was perfect, we slept well and the included breakfast was of a high standard. This hotel was cheap and cheerful, don't expect glamour you get what you pay for and we got more than what I paid for here. Thanks to the staff 😁

Uncomfortable, would not use this hotel again and would not recommend

NOTHING, Would not book this hotel again nor recommend

Cons:

I couldn't find where breakfast was and I was only told there was breakfast not where it was.
There is a restaurant just through reception with breakfast and dinner times but it was never open.
The area around the bath was covered in black on the silicone. There was a grab rail hanging off the wall. The window was cracked and dirty.
The light switches had dirty finger prints all over them and overall the room was unkempt and dirty
