Great mini holiday at Royal Sheerness Hotel
Pros:

Everything was great, the room has exceeded all my expectations (I think my parents were given a better room than we even paid for 🤔). That's great if true, big thank you to the staff of the hotel. Staff was very helpful, nice and polite. Room was very large (with lots of winfows and high ceilings), comfortable and clean. English breakfast was very delicious! As my parents came to Sheerness to enjoy a lovely weather by the beach, the location was great for them (only a few minutes away from the sea, like 3 minutes walk probably). There is very nice and large wetherspoons around the corner and a train station. Please don't expect the palace, but for the money you pay it's amazing what you get! Me, and my parents are genuinely very happy with the service they have received at the Royal Sheerness Hotel. Thank you guys, much appreciated & great job! 🥰

Pros:

The Manager was just Lovely!!! And the location was excellent,close to the town,beach and train station 😀The Manager prepared a wonderful full English breakfast for us and the history of the hotel was also great!! Many thanks to Raj the Manager,His Hospitality was wonderful!!

Cons:

Property completed ignored the requests for a refund due to the booking being made in error, no communication from them back to us, or to booking.com who tried to step in and help. Couldn't get through to anyone and this has been on going for a month or 2 now.

Would stay again
Pros:

Great location. Clean comfortable rooms and great breakfast

Cons:

Such a shame it is not as advertised. Unfortunately the pub had been raided and shut down many months ago so was desolate. Definitely needs a good clean up and lick of paint

Probably should have read the reviews before staying
Pros:

Comfortable bed

Cons:

Hotel extremely tired with broken spindles on the staircase (which was very very steep). Shower unit very mouldy and whilst pressure was good, there wasn’t a useable attachment for it on the wall. Room smelt off and only available plug socket was an extension cord under the bed.
Walls were scuffed.
