Номер просторный и чистый. Есть кофе и чай. Постель удобная.
В номере было 2 батареи - одна в ванной и одна в комнате. Батарея в комнате не работала, а это критично при проживании в декабре.
What a beautiful old building, it is showing its age but for what we paid for the room it was perfect, we slept well and the included breakfast was of a high standard. This hotel was cheap and cheerful, don't expect glamour you get what you pay for and we got more than what I paid for here. Thanks to the staff 😁
Tap in bath ran whilst shower was on
NOTHING, Would not book this hotel again nor recommend
I couldn't find where breakfast was and I was only told there was breakfast not where it was.
There is a restaurant just through reception with breakfast and dinner times but it was never open.
The area around the bath was covered in black on the silicone. There was a grab rail hanging off the wall. The window was cracked and dirty.
The light switches had dirty finger prints all over them and overall the room was unkempt and dirty

Tv didn't work. Not much help with it. Hotel generally quite dirty.
The location. A nice historical building. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. A very comfortable mattress on a kingsize bed.
The room and bathroom were very basic, the curtain was hanging off the hooks which I climbed up and hooked them back in place. Very rattly windows (old sash style) we had to use paper to jam the windows, otherwise would not have been able to sleep.
Price and location
Nothing. This hotel had bodily fluids up the walls. Used chewing gum on the floor. Mould and filth in the shower and bathroom. I’m not sure what was all over the curtains or ceiling!!! The breakfast bacon had black running through it and we were both ill after. Not a great Xmas. We left after one night
Everything as above including the crack dealers outside the hotel and the rubbish from outside blown into doorway and no one cleaned it. They revise partial refund but I’m going to the authorities
Emplacement
It took little bit long before de staff replied to my call.
Rooms were a good size, beds were comfy and the hotel was easy to find.
Lots of stairs and no lift, no parking facility. With a little more TLC the venue could be a little jewel.
