Everything was 5 star ... location / views / staff ... food and the proximity to the water made our views extraordinary - we loved it

Classic elegant hotel near the marina in the center of the city. Great balcony and verandah.

A grand hotel indeed. Super location a few minutes walk from the old town centre with bars and restaurants. Old fashioned decor but in good condition. Very helpful desk staff.

Excellent hotel, close to everything, the rooms are large and have large balcony, as well, very clean, the stuff was also excellent. It's very close to the port and to the city center. There was also a small market next to the hotel. This hotel is definitely underrated.

For the cost, this place is great. It is clean, the location is very good and the staff are terrific. The hotel itself is old and the rooms are dated. I would say the onIy minor complaint I could come up with is the caulking around the tub is a little moldy. The hotel is great for a short stay if you are not looking for luxury.

Very outdated but clean. Breakfast awful, bland offerings, coffee machine dispensing lame hot drinks and "warm food" watery and anaemic.

Excellent location, clean and very helpful staff. Walking distance to center of town .
Alot of amenties in bathroom even razor and toothbush.

The hotel is is aboit 10 minutes from airport.

Lovely hotel

Just before checking in, I happened to see some not so good reviews on Google Maps. At the time, I thought, "Huh?", but it was a complete misgiving. The facility was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the food and service were all satisfactory. They also found a taxi for me to the airport right away. It does feel a little old, but that's part of the charm. I would like to stay here again when I come to Olbia✌️

Heard about rooftop bar for sunset. Rooftop is vacant dump falling apart. Very weird. Very small lobby bar closes at 20:30 pm.
Front desk clerk unfriendly.

Love the Roman marble deco. Not so excited with the dining especially with over abundance of not so fresh bread at dinner

All the staff were lovely, friendly professional and helpful. Giovanna was super helpful and kind. The whole place is wonderful, old Italian style, clean and calm. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. We had rooms at the front with views of the harbour which are by the roundabout and can be noisy with the doors open but it didn’t other us. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The location is very good. We hired a car and although the car park is small we were able to park every evening. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back.

The hotel was truly exceptional!
Location , confort , hospitality , and extremely competent and kind staff made our stay unique ! While being there we got a highly professional and. competent support from the very knowledgeable and well trained team… the breakfast menu was generous in choices and the inclusion of local delicatesses .. the rooms very confortable and overlloking the sea… while being 5 minutes from the center town we could not wish a better location !

Building is somewhat older. Not modern but has a luxurious feel. Almost vintage which I appreciated. I enjoyed my stay.

The Grand Presidente Olbia is a great hotel with exceptional staff, beautiful rooms and a fantastic location just steps from the Corso Umberto, Museo, and the Ferris wheel!

I highly recommend the Grand Presidente! Without doubt, overall my stay was restful, pleasant and fun.
