As noted, the property though well maintained did not achieve a rating of excellence
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel but would not rate as exceptional. The breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

The hotel lobby limited one’s opportunity to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or conversation with friends. Very few options were available for alternative activities.

Nice place to stay for a few days or layover. Beautiful maintained port
Pros:

Beautiful well maintained Hotel walking distance to all that the town of Olbia has to offer, close to the airport. Very nice breakfast.

Cons:

We only stayed one night before driving south to our rental property. Property wasn’t on the water but close to town and a short drive to the many beaches Sardinia has to offer.

A lovely stay in a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff
Pros:

A lovely classic hotel with comfortable rooms and extensive breakfast options. A good location.

Cons:

Generally in the city, it would be good if there were recycling points as the city has a good system for residential properties but I didn’t see any recycling points in the parks, streets or at the hotel.

Staff very friendly. Good choice for breakfast. Staff very friendly with a good hotel location
Pros:

Location is excellent. Close to main town and nice promenade. Elena on reception was excellent and very helpful

Cons:

Lack of safe in room. If it was there it was not obvious.
