Het is geen waaaaw hotel
Pros:

* De zwembaden en sauna: netjes en schoon.
* Het eten: lekker niet Waaw, maar er was voldoende keuze.
* De mooie, chique entree en binnenruimtes bg
* De kinderen hebben zich goed vermaakt in de speelruimtes.
* Het personeel was over het algemeen vriendelijk.

Cons:

De verouderde en matig afgewerkte kamer, met onder andere zilvervisjes en een ontbrekende plint.
* De slechte hygiëne van het zitgedeelte eetzaal, met vlekken en een bespuugde bank die niet werd schoongemaakt.
* De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding: naar mijn gevoel betaal je vooral voor de naam.
* De uitstraling en sfeer sluiten niet aan bij het niveau en de prijs van het hotel.
* De afwerking van het saunagedeelte, met bladderende verf en schimmel op het plafond.

Pros:

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, toller Bergblick, hervorragendes Frühstüclsbuffett

Cons:

Abends gibt es nur Buffet. Kein a la Carte Essen.
Die nahliegende Bundesstraße ist stark frequentiert und laut zu hören. Das Personal erschien uns sehr unmotiviert bis auf einen besonders engagierten Kellner.

Average accommodation experience with a good breakfast.
Pros:

Clean standard room, little bit weird and outdated design. Breakfast was fine, normal staff.

Cons:

You arrive at 6pm and it’s too late to have a dinner the same evening - quite unexpected for 4-star hotel. Bar garden under the room window - cigarette smoke came to the room multiple times during the evening. Just a symbolic dividers between balconies - you are basically sharing balcony with the whole floor.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage und ist familienfreundlich.

Cons:

Leider sind sowohl die Zimmer als auch die allgemeinen Anlagen im Hotel (Spielzimmer, Pool) etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten Silberfische und ein paar tote Fliegen/Motten im Zimmer.
Im Restaurant war im Zuckerstreuer auf unserem Tisch eine Fliege gefangen, auch auf den Fensterbänken und Heizungslüftungen lagen einige tote Fliegen.
Am Morgen standen an der Rezeption, in der Lobby und auch auf dem Tresen der Hotelbar noch viele benutzte Gläser aus der Bar vom Vorabend. Das sind alles Kleinigkeiten, aber erwecken insgesamt keinen sauberen Eindruck und wären leicht zu beheben.
Die Zimmer haben einen sehr schönen Ausblick vom Balkon, allerdings wäre ein Sichtschutz zu den Nachbarzimmern für etwas mehr Privatsphäre schön.

Paradise in the Austrian Alps
Pros:

Beautiful spacious room overlooking the Alps. Breakfast had everything, in the hotel had all the facilities you could imagine. Indoor and outdoor pool, billiards, ping-pong, sauna, gym, etc.

War OK - wir werden dort nicht mehr buchen.
Pros:

Alles allgemein verfügbaren Räume und Gänge sehr groß - aber nicht ansprechend gestaltet. Aber für Familien mit Kinder sicher ideal.

Cons:

Das Personal war auf Hinweise zu Schmutz im Treppenhaus unsensibel - eine Reinigung ist am nächsten Vormittag dennoch nicht erfolgt.
An der Bar keine oder eher sehr unerfahrene Mitarbeiter:innen.
