Ushuaia Mountain Hotel

Chambres très grandes et balcon agréable; pour le reste, pas vraiment le niveau d'un 4*: pas de clim (il a fait très chaud pendant notre séjour, et nous avons eu chaud la nuit malgré la fenêtre grande ouverte), peu d'articles d'hygiène (2 bonnets de douche, 2 x 3 mouchoirs), non renouvelés quand on s'en est servi!. Ne pensez pas avoir à coup sûr vue montagne, notre chambre donnait sur l'arrière de l'hôtel, donc vue sur des arbres.
La partie restauration est décevante, beaucoup de surgelé, toujours les mêmes plats (boulettes, ragoût avec de la viande dure, poêlée de légumes pas assez cuits, gâteaux industriels insipides...), aucun plat typique d'Ansorre. Petit déjeuner idem, on retrouve les mêmes légumes, bacon bouilli, croissants et pain décongelés, machine à jus industriels... on s'attend à mieux pour un 4*.

Un très bon séjour avec notre bébé. Tous le confort nécessaire dans la suite Junior. Le buffet est de très grande qualité et le personnel très serviable.
L’hôtel est au calme, et toutes les activités sont accessibles en voiture rapidement.

Amazing always stay here

As almofadas são desconfortáveis e a partir das 4 da manhã muito barulho, provavelmente vindo da cozinha a preparar os pequenos almoços. No buffet havia muita repetição e colocação de itens não consumidos no dia anterior.
De resto tudo ótimo.

Très bien

The location is perfect, the staff is outstanding and super friendly. The food is really ok even if people complain about it, in the comments for you and your familly it will be ok they change the menu everyday but dont expect restaurant level food. The room are huge so for family trip it is perfect.

La habitacion y el lobby muy modernos y comodo. El desayuno muy bueno. La atencion del personal muy buena. Las cenas fueron un poco justas y no acordes con el hotel 4*

Excellent séjour, personnel très aimable, chambre spacieuse petit déjeuner copieux, salle de jeux et bar sympa. Tout était parfait !

Nos dieron una habitación en la ultima planta y al no disponer de aire acondicionado el calor era insoportable. Las vistas de la habitación no son a montan̈a, tal y como dice la publicidad, esa habitación tenía un balcón pegado a matorrales.
En positivo tengo que decir que la habitación era amplia y limpia.
El desayuno tipo buffette, pero muy muy superable.
Hay un bar en el hall del hotel, pero no puedes tomar ni un bocadillo. El par de veces que fuí para tomar algo no había nadie.
No repetiría ni lo aconsejaría.

Nos ha gustado mucho, a pie de pistas en Arinsal. La habitación era bastante grande y muy práctica, las camas muy comodas. Desatuno buffet variado y rico. La cena también tipo buffet pero no tan variada...
Disponen de guarda eskis en el parking por habitación. Parking gratuito. El personal muy amable. Disponen de Spa y Gimnasio.
Repetiremos.

Fantástico Hotel, habitaciones amplias, cómodas y limpias, el personal muy agradable en todo momento y el desayuno buffet bastante completo y todo muy rico.

Everything was great. Just a misunderstanding with the spa, that has been told that was for free and at the end was paid, but no one charged for the times we went for free.

Great location and ideal for stay for the slopes

Overall hotel good but questionable service especially when it came to paying for breakfast and dinner. I left a credit card at the front desk which the receptionist assured me it would be used at the end to total everything. But the staff in the restaurant accused me of not paying. It was also very expensive given the food overall was not that great. Also given that it is a 4 star hotel there were only the most basic alcohols in the bar - I would expect more given that this hotel isn’t that cheap. Room overall was good though.

There were many positives to our stay - the location is perfect, right next to the lift, ski hire is below the hotel, the lockers are great, the rooms are modern and comfortable, the bar is good and staff are v friendly and helpful.

We went half board - I am Vegan and the family are vegetarian . at both Morning and Evening buffet , the main dishes were usually 2x meat and 2x fish and veggie dishes were sides - so most evening meals were putting side orders together to make a meal. Given there was vegan pizza on the bar menu, the lack of focus on Vegetarian dishes was out of step with many hotels. So whilst the food was a good standard, it lacked imagination and thought (I saw a lot of people removing meat from pasta sauces for instance). Also, its not made clear that the spa is an extra

Great place to stay will definitely be going back with the whole family and can't wait.

Loved the hotel. Ski hire shop directly below and the ski lift is right next to the hotel. Loved being able to ski to the hotel. Breakfast was great with a good selection. The jacuzzi was the best for some tired legs. Would definitely stay again.
