Cons:

En el circuito cantabro del spa la mayoria de los chorros no funcionaban o no arrancaban. La ducha de la habitación, la alcachofa de lluvia, estaba oxidada, la mayoria de los agujeros estaban atascados y el agua salia hacia todos lados. Los jabones no estaban rellenos y nos quedamos sin. La cama bien, las almohadas sin mucho relleno. Para el precio de la habitación, muy baja calidad.

Cons:

La habitación tenia olores desagradables a tubería y costó bastante que nos hicieran caso para ensolver el problema. En ningún momento nos ofrecieron el cambio de habitación. Por otro lado cabe decir que el PUB del hotel a diario está cerrado, y teniendo en cuenta que el pueblo es pequeño de opciones de ocio limitadas, es importante que den ese servicio todos los dias de la semana y no solo los viernes y sábados, máxime tenienendo lleno el hotel como es el caso habitualmente.

Very enjoyable stay at the hotel. Would recommend.
Pros:

Very comfortable rooms, fantastic spa, superb breakfast choice and good restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Aircon didn't seem to work too efficiently in the bedroom and they had a weird system of having breakfast at either 8 or 10 so everyone was rushing in at that time when spreading it out between 8-10 would have worked much better.
