Limpieza y calidad en la cena y desayuno. Balneario perfecto

L’espace, le confort, la piscine.
J’ai réservé la demi-pension. Quelques jours avant, j’écris à l’hôtel pour leur indiquer que je suis végétarien et je demande s’il y aura des options pour moi au dîner. Je ne reçois aucune réponse. Je ne m’inquiète pas en me disant que ce genre d’hôtel thermal a l’habitude de ce genre de demandes. Au dîner, aucun des plats n’était vegetarien. J’ai dû m’arranger en me faisant servir des légumes et en me resservant des entrées. Ça n’est tout simplement pas professionnel. Il faut répondre, même par la négative, aux demandes des clients - plutôt que de les inonder par ailleurs de messages automatiques. Par ailleurs, la cafétéria est restée fermée toute la soirée.

Desayuno y cena buffet excelente. El balneario y los masajes recomendables. Habitaciones muy confortables de calidad.
Calor excesivo en la habitación. De echo al día siguiente se lo comenté al recepcionista. Costó conciliar el sueño, haría 30 grados en marzo dentro de la habitación y no conseguíamos refrescarla ni con la ventana abierta.
El tratamiento facial fue extraordinario y el templo del agua tambien muy bien
Me he alojado bastantes veces, pero en esta ocasion, no se si porque era una oferta, me situaron en la 3a planta. Hacia mucho calor sin aire acondicionado y mucho ruido al lado de las suites junior con niños gritando y corriendo por el pasillo. No descanse como otras veces, la verdad.
Estaba todo muy bien, la limpieza y el trato excelente. El Spa una maravilla.
Las almohadas muy incómodas, deberían de poner viscoelásticas, y el menú del mediodía un poco escaso para el precio que tiene.
La cama es grande y cómoda
El mando de la tele no funcionaba y nos tocó una habitación con el techo bajo y si te levantas por la noche te das en la cabeza
