Great hotel. Will go there if back in Matera.

El personal no es muy amable. No era fácil llegar en coche y tampoco te explicaban bien cuando necesitabas algo. Llegar al desayuno era muy difícil y tan solo bastaba con un poco de amabilidad decir que uno debía recorrer parte del palacio y que era muy lindo

Staying here feels like living in another era, surrounded by the elegance of old aristocracy.

An exceptional hotel and a truly unforgettable stay! The property feels like a real palace, combining elegance. The location is perfect, with the entire historic center of Matera just a short walk away, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The staff was welcoming and professional, and everything throughout our stay was excellent.

Cons:

The breakfast was relatively simple, but it included everything you need and the quality was very good. We would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it.
