１泊には向かない滞在型ホテル
Pros:

River Viewの部屋を予約しました。ベランダに出るとPartial Viewで川が見える部屋に泊まりました。インテリアはかわいい感じの色調でよかったです。朝食は種類豊富でとても美味しかったです。プールは雰囲気がよくてよかったです。

Cons:

トレーニング中のスタッフの方が多かったような印象でした。角部屋だったためか、部屋を出ると掃除用具のワゴンが通路に置いてあったり、スタッフの方が話し込んだりしていて少し気になりました。市内からは離れているため静かに過ごせるかと思いきや、夜はプールサイドバーの音楽が22時前頃まで客室に響いて残念でした。

Pros:

Everything! From the moment we arrived with a refreshing drink to the moment we checked out we loved our stay. The rooms were comfortable, pool was beautiful, breakfast was delicious and the staff were exceptional. In particular, Sasi was so engaging every morning, especially with our kids. Nothing was a problem and loved our stay.

Hotel with authentic Sri Lankan vibe, clean and value for money.
Pros:

The authentic Sri Lankan atmosphere both because of the design, decoration, and hospitality of the staff. The breakfast was very good with much variety and goof flavors.

Cons:

Only after several complaints, our request for two rooms close together was honored. The dinner buffet was below expectation because many of the dishes ran out and took a long time to replenish.

Nice place and clean. But they need to improve

Location very quiet. Hotel is very nice.. surrounded by nature

Cons:

We had to remind the staff to clean the room. Plus they take long time to check you in or out. And they don’t have a good gym.. was very simple.

Pros:

Although the location was quite far and took some time to reach, the hotel offered a beautiful view and a refreshing atmosphere. However, the welcome experience was somewhat confusing.

Cons:

Pros:

It was an amazing stay at the Cinnamon Citadel Kandy.The staff were very helpful.Specially Front office and Restaurant (Sashi/Asela/Mansala) which I could remember the names were very helpful and given their best service to us.Thank you very much for your great hospitality and hope to see you all soon with another unforgettable stay❤️
