Pros:

Loved the location - close to lots like cafes, shopping centre, pub and Trusts Arena. Friendly staff and immaculately clean.

Cons:

You could hear people snoring in the room next to you so very little privacy where thats concerned... any cough,l or conversation could be heard. And a weird alarm kind of noise would go off routinely through the night disturbing our sleep further.

Perfect spot to stay for our Friday night escape to Auckland

Great location for what we wanted. Clean & tidy. Had Sky sport & movies which was a pleasant surprise from other motels.

Pros:

Very comfortable room and bed. Adequate sound proofing and a hallway door that closes softly so guests are not disturbed by coming and going of others. Incredibly quiet. Excellent proximity to Trust Arena, only 5min walk. Plenty of parking and decent sized parking included in your room rate. Great sized shower and water pressure. Tv was handy to have as we dont have one at home so enjoyed watching a few shows.

Cons:

The fridge in the room was a little noisy but you could probably unplug it. We left it going as had drinks in there.

Pros:

Room was comfortable enough. There was a bad smell lingering in the room. Unsure if it was the drain or the room next door. It was really hot in the room and the air con wasn’t working very well.

Cons:

The smell on my first night was off putting. It smelt damp and like sewage.
