Such a wonderful experience and very friendly service. We can't say enough about the staff within the hotel and those in the town of Nuwara Eliya. The hotel is very inviting with old world charm. We absolutely adored the open fireplaces. Definitely recommend the experience at Jetwing St Andrews.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was truly a memorable experience. The colonial-style atmosphere, beautiful gardens, and cool climate of Nuwara Eliya created the perfect romantic setting. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help, making us feel special throughout our stay.
The Full Board package was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The buffet had plenty of choices, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Many recent guests have also praised the quality of the food and attentive service.

The property looks tired and dated. Rooms are musty and cold. Paid the highest driver accommodation services on our total trip , for a average stay. Taxes service fees not included in the prices. Adds a punch to the final bill. Approach road need upgrading.
The hotel property is well maintained and has a nice colonial vibe . Unfortunately for me , the experience wasn’t great for two reasons 1) we were given rooms in the basement and it felt claustrophobic. Though, due credit to the staff they changed our rooms to ground floor the next day on request 👍 2) The food buffet , both in breakfast and dinner , had limited choices and at least did not appeal much to my taste palette - it was decent but not great.
