Pros:

Beautiful place, both the building and the grounds which are superb. Rooms are very comfortable. Very good food. Staff attentive and kind, best customer service we’ve had in Sri Lanka.

Peaceful, perfect for unwinding
Pros:

We loved the quiet of the location. It was inviting and the room was lovely. Dining was very very good. The traditional Sri Lankan dishes were exceptional.

Cons:

Our shower drain did not drain properly and we ended up with water on the dry areas making it a little slippery. Also water temperature kept going from hot to cold. Also there were no flyscreens on the windows and even though staff told us because we were up high and there were no mosquitos, we did find a few in our room.

Service og ansatte helt fantastiske. Komfortable, romslige, rene og fine rom. God kapasitet på varmt vann. God og prisverdig mat. Fantastisk frokostbuffet. Vi hadde en koselig afternoon tea. De hadde egen glutenfri meny - tipp topp for en med cøliaki.

Nice hotel for a couple of nights.
Pros:

Lovely hotel with very attentive staff. Food was very good. Nuwara Eliya is a smallish town, two nights was just right for us.
