Amazing experience
Pros:

Unfortunately we only stayed one night, however the hotel and grounds are truly spectacular. The food selection was really varied to cater for all needs. What makes this hotel special for us is the rooms are grand with beautifully high ceilings typical for this period and the service is second to none when it comes to looking after its guests.

Relax in old world charm.
Pros:

Lovely heritage feel from when we arrived with welcome drink until we left.
The buffet was over priced compared with other places we stayed. But they had a reasonable al la carts menu and we enjoyed a break from buffets!
Not a budget stay- but if you enjoy being spoilt probably worth it.

St Andrews is a trip back in time
Pros:

Great old hotel with wonderful staff and food. Some rooms are a little tired but overall feel is of the grand Raj. Beautiful garde. Recommended

Beautiful hotel.
Loved the history of the building, comfort of the rooms, the dinner and breakfast buffets were the best I’ve had in Sri Lanka and best of all are the staff. So friendly and helpful

Very comfortable and lovely Lo cation. Nice garden too.

Excellent Hotel . Great buffet breakfast and dinner. I needed a fridge to store medication and the reception obliged with a mini fridge. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Special thank you to Gowry who seems to be every where👍. Excellent location just a short walk from the township.

Another gem in Sri Lankan beautiful surroundings
Pros:

An absolute gem of a place! Care, kindness, never ending smiles from everyone! We were looked after so well. Beautiful and stunning place, furnished so stylishly and it felt like we were experiencing Victorian England times BUT with Sri Lankan hospitality, friendliness and openness! Loved it. Thank you to all staff for making this part of our anniversary family trip so amazing ❤️

Fabulous hotel and gardens
Pros:

Outstanding place to stay. Very clean, comfortable stay with helpful happy staff. The snooker table is a bonus, and the breakfast is the best and most extensive I've seen, some (hoppers, omlettes) cooked to order. Highly recommended.

The Jetwing St Andrews is a lovely, olde world hotel, suggesting what life in late 1800s Sri Lanka might have been like.
Pros:

I loved the old world charm and backdrop. The staff also were very friendly and helpful. The food was plentiful and tasty. The proximity to Horton Plains is what makes a visit to Nuwara Eliya a must.

Cons:

It is in need of renovation. The rooms a very ‘tired’. The floor in my room sloped toward the wash basin. The carpet in the hallways was worn and coming away in places.
