What a beautiful view
Pros:

Hotel with nice view. Haven’t tried the food. Nice swimming pool and Gym and other amenities. Bed little hard but had a good sleep.
Bathroom is old and need bit of maintenance therefore not very clean. Overall good hotel.

Lost Booking
Pros:

When we arrived, no details of our booking. Eventually found it but advised they were booked out. Offered smaller room to what was booked which we rejected, so they upgraded to Super Deluxe. We were at check-in for 40 minutes so this was very slow. Room was fine and comfortable. Many power cuts. The food in the restaurant was great and the pool was wonderful with a fantastic view. Staff were friendly.

Rooms are great, spa and restaurant not so much.
Pros:

The view is outstanding and the service was very attentive.

Be warned that the spa is a total scam. We paid for a one hour massage for my girlfriend and a pedicure and foot massage for myself.

We both received twenty minutes of basically random touching, nothing resembling a massage and they stopped.

They didn’t speak English well enough to even comprehend that I had requested a pedicure despite us clarifying it three times.

Also no bar currently which was a bummer and outrageously slow service in the restaurant for even simple requests .

The room itself was amazing. Zero complaints on that front.

Pros:

Interesting hotel, WiFi is terrible no signal even when management acknowledged and said they had fixed. The shower leaked into the bedroom. Went for dinner as it was the only option in the locality and the napkins on the tables where filthy. Thank god it was a one night stay.

Peace and luxury
Pros:

A wonderful and peaceful place. 20 min by tuc tuc to Kandy town. The room with large balcony had a view over the montains. The room itself and the bathroom was large and spotless.
Great breakfast (was not included in our booking).
Great lobby, garden and pool.
