ΠΑΡΑΠΛΑΝΗΣΗ ΟΙ ΦΩΤΟΓΡΑΦΙΕΣ - ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ ΚΑΤΑΛΥΜΑ

Έκλεισα το ξενοδοχείο χωρίς να έχω κοιτάξει κριτικές καθόλου, απλά από τις φωτογραφίες. Θα σας παραθέσω και σε φωτογραφίες τι βρήκαμε στο χώρο. Κλείσαμε για ένα βράδυ και παραπλανηθηκαμε από τις φωτογραφίες που έχουν στείλει στην πλατφόρμα. Βρήκαμε σκουπίδια στο καλαθάκι του μπάνιου, τρίχες στο υδρομασάζ, σκουριές στη ντουζιέρα, βρόμικα και σπασμένα πατώματα, σκόνη στα φώτα και πόρτες που δεν κλείδωναν. Από θέρμανση ούτε που είχε. Στην υποδοχή δεν υπήρχε κανένας και τα κλειδιά ήταν μέσα σε φάκελο και μας είπε μια κυρία να ανεβούμε να διαλέξουμε μεταξύ του 101 και του 401. Όταν το έψαξα τα κεντρικά ήταν στη Μάρνης και το ξενοδοχείο αυτό πρέπει να το είχαν για ημιδιαμονη. Φυσικά σηκωθήκαμε και φύγαμε και επικοινωνήσαμε αμέσως με την πλατφόρμα. Το μόνο καλό ότι μας επέστρεψαν τα χρήματα. Δεν μένεις εκεί με τίποτα και μην κλείσετε ποτέ. Βάζουν δικούς τους ανθρώπους να γράφουν καλές κριτικές και φαίνονται μόνο αυτές μετά που το έψαξα. Μετά από προσπάθεια και άπειρα τηλεφωνήματα πήραμε πίσω τα χρήματα και αφού τους ενόχλησαν και από την πλατφόρμα. Σίγουρα 10 φορές κάλεσα και μέχρι να επενέβη η πλατφόρμα μου είχαν βάλει φραγή και τους κάλεσα από άλλο τηλέφωνο. Τέλος στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους είχε πεταμένα σεντόνια και πράγματα δεξιά και αριστερά. Απαράδεκτη κατάσταση και απορώ πως επιτρέπεται να υπάρχουν τέτοια καταλύματα από το κράτος. Υγειονομική βόμβα απ’ολες τις απόψεις. Το κορυφαίο της υπόθεσης ήταν ότι μόνη της μου είπε εκείνη η κυρία ότι θα σας επιστρέψουμε τα χρήματα γιατί δεν μας αρέσει να συμβαίνουν αυτά στο ξενοδοχείο μας αλλά να ακυρώσουμε πρώτα από την booking μην πληρώσουμε και την προμήθεια στην πλατφόρμα. Θα μου τα έτρωγαν. Της είπα ναι και μετά σκέφτηκα πως θα μπορέσω να διεκδικήσω τα χρήματα μου; Παρόλο που αυθόρμητα είπα ναι και το έκανε , μίλησα αμέσως με την πλατφόρμα και επενέβησαν για την επιστροφή. Ευτυχώς πήρα τα χρήματα μου. Μιλάω για το κατάλυμα που είναι Σεβαστείας 3 και Μιχαλακοπούλου.

Quiet comfy night's stay
Pros:

Located close to the metro line to the airport. Miranda was very kind. Late checkout was very accommodating. Big apartment, great temperature didn't need adjusting (it was a cold day outside).

Cons:

Due to the trees, it was hard to spot the sign, so it took a few minutes walking back and forth to locate the correct building.

Spacious suite and very clean
Pros:

The first thing I noticed when entering the suite was how spacious it was. There was a nice sitting area and everything was very clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was great! The location also made things easy because the metro and several cafés were just a short walk away.

Good choice for exploring Athens

Art Suites Athens worked really well as a base for seeing the city. The metro station nearby made it easy to reach all the main sights. The suite itself was bigger than I expected and had a small kitchenette which was very practical. Everything felt tidy and organized, and I appreciated the quiet surroundings. It was nice to return to a calm place after spending the day in the busy parts of Athens.

Simple, comfortable and well located
Pros:

This hotel is a good option if you want something comfortable without being in the middle of the busiest tourist areas. The suite had plenty of space and a small kitchen area which was useful. Everything looked clean and well maintained. The metro nearby made it easy to reach the center whenever I wanted to explore more of the city.

Quiet place but still close to everything

I really enjoyed the peaceful environment here. Even though Athens can be busy, the hotel is located on a quiet street which makes a big difference when you want to relax. Nice suite with plenty of space
