Avoid at all costs
Pros:

The receptionist was nice and tried to improve the experience. Management agreed to shorten our stay.

Cons:

How this hotel has 4 starts goes beyond my comprehension. It was a complete horror show. The pictures are completely misleading, maybe 15 years ago it looked like the pictures. Our studio was horrible and the receptionist arranged that we could choose another room. The best room that we chose: exposed wires in the bathroom, bathtub holding with tape, bloated furniture due to humidity, broken chairs in the balcony, completely dusty, bedsheets with spots. The hotel is full of old construction material and old couches. We left after one night even though we have a 5 nights reservation.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Gute Verbindungsmöglichkeiten.


Ich habe eine Erstattungsanfrage über Booking.com erstellt, diese wurde genehmigt (Mehr dazu weiter unten)

Cons:

Die Wohnung war im 6.OG und der Aufzug ging nur bis zum 5.OG, also wir mussten eine Etage hochlaufen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet, lose Kabeln, defekte Türe, Müll auf dem Balkon, defekte Badewanne.
Schlechte Kundenservice: ich habe eine Anfrage für eine frühere Checkin angefragt und habe keine Rückmeldung bekommen, ich habe ebenfalls am Vortag angerufen, keiner ging's ran.
Die Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis war sehr sehr schlecht, für fast 200€/Nacht würde man eine Luxus-Übernachtung erwartet.

Comfortable place in a good neighborhood
Pros:

What I liked most about this place was the balance between location and comfort. It’s in a calm neighborhood but still very easy to reach the center of Athens. The suite was bright and had plenty of space to relax after walking around the city. The bed was comfortable and the room felt clean and fresh. The staff were welcoming and always greeted me with a smile, which made the overall experience even better.

Nice and easy stay in Athens

I chose Art Suites Athens mainly because of the location and it turned out to be a really good decision. The area is quiet but still close to the metro, which made getting around the city very simple. The suite was spacious and comfortable, more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and polite, and the whole place had a relaxed atmosphere that made the stay very pleasant.
