El servicio es excelente 300% mas que bueno se esmeran por atender a las personas muy bien y es muy cerca del aeropuerto el hotel es bueno lindo campestre

Es la primera vez que voy a villavicencio siendo justo pues la cuidad como tal la ubicación es algo retirada del centro el transporte colectivo tarda demasiado les recomiendo uber 100% se va la luz osea energía eléctrica casi todos los dias se fue ya eso no es culpa del hotel es mas por el servicio gubernamental llovió mucho por ende no es culpa de ellos tampoco el restaurante tiene comida en la noche pero no hay variedad

Ni siquiera pudimos hospedarnos ya que ellos decidieron cancelar nuestra reserva, nos dejaron sin hotel a las 4 de la tarde, pésima atención, personal sin preparación y poco perceptivos, no recomendaría este hotel jamás

Pros:

Nos quedamos en la suite familiar y estaba muy limpio y ordenando. Tiene grandes ventanas con vista al jardín y la piscina. Nos recibieron muy bien. Cuandi nos fuimos no alcanzamos a desayunar entonces nos dieron frutas para llevar.

Cons:

Sería maravilloso si el jacuzzi tuviera agua caliente :)
