Hotel Savoy w pełni spełnił nasze oczekiwania, oferując standard, o którym marzy się podczas urlopu. Nasz pokój był nie tylko przestronny i nieskazitelnie czysty, ale przede wszystkim niezwykle komfortowy – od wygodnego łóżka kontynentalnego, po puszyste ręczniki, miękkie szlafroki i pachnące kosmetyki. Ogromnym atutem był dla nas błogi spokój panujący w hotelu, który pozwolił nam na pełne odprężenie i niezakłócony wypoczynek po dniu na nartach. Śniadania były prawdziwą ucztą; ogromny wybór świeżych produktów sprawiał, że każdy poranek był przyjemnością.
Jednak tym, co naprawdę wyróżnia Savoy na tle innych miejsc, jest jego wspaniały personel. Już od progu poczuliśmy się wyjątkowo – profesjonalna pomoc przy bagażach, rzetelne informacje i szczera życzliwość towarzyszyły nam na każdym kroku. Bardzo dziękujemy za piękne przystrojenie pokoju z okazji urodzin męża. Jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczni za tak ciepłe przyjęcie i z ogromną przyjemnością tu wrócimy!

Exceptional accommodation in a perfect location with views worth returning for.
Pros:

Everything about our stay at Hotel Savoy exceeded our expectations. It was our first time visiting Spindleruv Mlyn, and the hotel was the highlight of our trip. A phenomenal view from our balcony, one of the comfiest hotel beds I've ever slept in, and a dinner at Savoya so good we extended our stay by a few hours the day after so we could enjoy it again for lunch. We loved the spa and the central location of the hotel, but the staff was the real value of this accommodation -- everyone we interacted was helpful, kind, and patient.

Truly exceptional hotel, and already planning a return trip in the spring!

Cons:

Everything was perfect - there is nothing at all to complain about, except that our trip was only an overnight stay and we had to leave the day after we arrived. We will definitely return!
