Pros:

There was no service at the bar because it closed. Restaurant open at 8 pm and it was very nice there. Good food and the service was nice.

We were mesmerised by this spectacular palace situated in the foothills of majestic picos. The architecture and interior of the building are adorned with beautiful sculptures and the natural surroundings reminded us of trips to Breacon but ramped up several notches. Highly recommended and would stay again!

Hotel para bodas, pero nada más.

Nos resulto decepcionante el hotel.
Es un edificio magnífico cuya decoracion interior es bastante hortera.
La primera habitación que nos dieron era absolutamente claustrofóbica y pedimos un cambio. Las dos muy pequeñas. Eso sí muy comoda la cama
El desayuno corriente y poco variado con solo una persona para atender, asi que aunque era muy atenta poco podía hacer.
Cubos con la fregona al lado del ascensor ( !) ,no les quedaban productos de acogida como cepillos de dientes, y aunque tiene un bonito jardín si como fuñe el caso tienen un evento, pues no se puede disfrutar. No merece la pena

Elegante, señorial, un palacio.
Pros:

El hotel es un palacio precioso, bien adaptado a su identidad de hotel. Bien situado, espacioso y muy cómodo. Vistas estupendas de todo el valle desde la habitación.

Wonderful hotel Terrible food and service
Pros:

We thought the hotel was beautiful and was exceptionally renovated.unfortunately we had the most terrible dinner and the service in the dining room was appalling .We left the next morning without breakfast as we were still in shock from the dinner service. it was such a bad experience in such amazing surroundings.We do hope the hotel takes note and improves as it is a wonderful place to visit.
