Lovely hotel with good service!
Pros:

Lovely hotel and environment. Large rooms, absolutely clean. Dog-friendly and easy to take a dog out for a walk in the nearby nature.
Nice restaurant and an impeccable breakfast - worth every penny! Friendly service. Safe parking place.

Pros:

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Wir hatten ein Standard Doppelzimmer für nur 1 Nacht in der Remise bekommen. Zimmer war ausreichend gross mit einem klinen Vorraum, der Badezimmer und Garderobe durch eine Tür vom Schlafraum trennte. Einrichtung war ziemlich neu.

Cons:

Im Erdgeschoss ist das Schlafzimmer etwas dunkel. Wer länger als 8 Uhr schlafen möchte, muss sich auf Geräuschkulisse durch Anlieferung etc. vorbereiten. Bis dahin war es aber wirklich ruhig.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to a friend. Little improvements could be done.
Pros:

Breakfast is excellent. As well is the a la carte menu. The reception staff was very helpful and supportive when I needed to print a private document, sign it and get it scanned again and sent to me by email.
The beds where very comfortable, the sofa not so comfortable.

Cons:

a) As mentioned above, the mattress on the sofa was not so comfy. Especially for a body weight of an adult. But for the kids it was okay.
b) Our room was in the old building. There is no ramp to enter the house at the hotel entrance. There are 6 Steps to climb. With the prawn we therefore had to enter the restaurant and go through the entire dining room. One waiter was not happy about that and complained why we had not been given a room in the new building, where we have better access with the prawn. However, I don't see how we could have influenced the decision in which building to stay. The room had just been allocated to us by the reception during check-in. Maybe for future guests with little children and prawns it might make sense if the reception allocates rooms in the new building. That would prevent that prawns are wheeled through the dining room making staff unhappy. For us that was not a problem, but we felt a bit uneasy by the complaint of the waiter. That didn't promote the feeling of being very welcome.

von A bis Z alles absolut in Ordnung. Sehr gerne wieder !!!!!
Pros:

Perfekte Lage etwas außerhalb der Stadt - dafür eine optimale Anbindung ins Stadtzentrum. Kostenloser Bus fährt alle 20 Minuten. Ideal wenn man einen Hund dabei hat.

Perfekte kleine Auszeit direkt am Bodensee.
Pros:

Wir waren für zwei Nächte im Hotel Waldhaus Jakob im neuen Gebäude im Untergeschoss.Es ist sehr ruhige Lage am Bodensee. Das herzliche Empfang der Dame an der Rezeption war bereits einladend. Das Zimmer war sauber und wir hatten eigene Terasse. Das Hotel bietet auch gratis Parkplätze bei Verfügbarkeit.(super Service) Ansonsten kann mann es pro Tag mieten und es wird mit Nachnamen angeschrieben. Wir haben Bustickets (Konstanz) für die ganzen zwei Tage bekommen und konnten sorglos ohne Auto ins Stadt fahren. Die Bodesee Therme ist 5 min. zu Fuss entfernt was wir sehr genossen haben da es 2 Tage geregnet hat. Frühstück bietet auch alles und mann wird auch da herzlich begrüsst da es im alten Gebäude befindet. Danke wir kommen sicher nochmals.

We really enjoyed the stay! The hotel has a great location, and the room was comfortable, quiet, and clean, well equipped. Having parking available was also very convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Cons:

The pillows were not very comfortable, and we would have appreciated having a coffee machine in the room to enjoy a coffee in the morning.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach super. Idyllisch und trotzdem ist man selbst mit dem ÖV schnell und problemlos in der City.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und mit dem reservierten Parkplatz hatte ich sogar safe meinen personalisierten Platz.....ohne diesen wird es sehr schwierig, abends noch einen Parkplatz zu finden. Für E-Autos gibt es leider nur 2 Ladestellen, die in meinem Fall von abends bis zu meiner Abreise vom gleichen Auto belegt waren.

Cons:

Mein Doppelzimmer war leider wirklich nur "Standard " .....eines von 3 Zimmern unter dem Dach.
Die Treppen bis dahin knarzen ordentlich.....leider auch nachts.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Schöne Lage über dem Thermalbad mit Seesoch. Exzellentem Frühstück, Regelmässige Busverbindungen in die Altstadt von Konstanz.
Schönes Restaurant mit gutem Essen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, gute Preis Leistung , sehr gutes Restaurant
Pros:

Lage, ruhige Umgebung, Restaurant war super, Mitarbeiter sehr nett

Cons:

Zimmer im alten Gebäudeversicherung war zweckmäßig aber nicht modern. Das nächste Mal würden wir ein Zimmer im modernen Gebäude wollen
