Very clean. The bed was super comfortable. It was right next to my convention meeting place. Loved walking along the Fox River Trail and White River State trail.

The room was a nice size, the bathroom was large. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Easy to access and park. Trains passing by lulled me to sleep.

The location was good. The Breakfast was available when we left at 9 o’clock.

Nothing bad happened but it wasn’t that impressive. Train tracks feel within arms reach. It isn’t loud but it’s noticeable

Very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly!

Everything was great. Just wish there was a small refrigerator in the room for drinks.

I like that the staff named Debbie if I remember it right was patient, helpful and always smiling. I like the waffle mix it was so good

I've stayed here several times and will say it is definitely the best hotel in the area. On this trip, my a/c was really not great. The thermostat was set at 63, fan on high, and it was not at all cool in the room. I asked about it at the desk and the associate did something on their system, which maybe cooled it off a degree (I had to borrow a fan from my friend who lives in the area). The hallway was easily 5 degrees cooler than my room. That is my only complaint. Otherwise, staff is great, breakfast options are quite nice and location is perfect.

Only real hotel in area

I stayed here for two nights in July 2025. The location is very conveniently located to the area I was working. Chose a room with an odd number. Even numbered rooms are on the train tack side.

Breakfast - 3 out of 10
The lady who runs this area is super friendly and professional. If you want coffee and danishes for breakfast this will be ok. If you are looking for protein…there was a watery liquid in the eggs and the chicken sausage was gray in color. The coffee (I had the dark roast) is excellent.

Cleanliness - 6 out of 10
There was a trash in the floor near the night stand and a long hair on the desk.

Room - 7 out of 10
The walls are thin. My neighbor hit the snooze alarm at least 7 times and I heard every one of them. The room had everything that I needed and I gave a higher rating because of the quality of the toiletries. Water pressure is great and hot water plentiful. There is no mini fridge or microwave. There is a coffee pot.

Parking - 10 out of 10
Parking is plentiful and complementary.

Location - 10 out of 10
This location is perfect if you are working in Burlington. It is within walking distance to numerous restaurants and a small local movie theatre. Walk to Fred’s for an awesome burger.

The night front desk clerk at this location has an unhappiness that reaches deep into their soul. It is obvious they do not like or enjoy their job or people in generally. They are rude and condescending. If you need a cup of coffee or tea from the lobby area - grab it and run. Don’t ask questions. My interactions with them had a huge impact on the rating I gave this location.
