Staff at front desk and breakfast are was very friendly and good. Room was very small for the price. Filthy wash cloth found on floor next to bed. Hair in shower drain. Bathroom mirror was very dirty around the frame. Table was very wobbly. Would not recommend to anyone.
See not above.
I travel a lot and a Diamond member with Hilton. There just isn't much of a choice in Burlington and this hotel is marginal mainly because rooms are outdated. Comon areas have been updated so work out facility fine, pool fine and breakfst typical but nothing special. Staff had to move us from first room as sink was backed up with black gunk in the water. Second room was fine but had a torn duvet and unraveling carpet areas. Was it disgusting?.... No but just felt heavily worn and dark and not what Im accustomed to with Hampton Inn and 4 star raiting.Need to have proper expectations going in as the choices in Burlington are limited. Some staff were great.... One night lady was worthless and seemed burdened to be there.
As a side note, Heavy locomotive frieght trains pass by the hotel within 50' at high speeds several times an hour and all times of the day. Its not that noisy, but the hotel does shake to the point one train did wake me in the middle of the night.
Good location for our purpose. Clean room
Queen room is very small. Not much space to put luggage. Pet fee is higher than most hotels. Unfortunately didn’t have a lot of options in the area.
The woman at check in told me she didn’t think pets should even be allowed in hotels. Seriously?? 😳
Clean, close to restaurants
Bed was a little hard
Of very many people
Our key cards kept shutting off. So we had to get a new card every time we left our unit.
Very clean. The bed was super comfortable. It was right next to my convention meeting place. Loved walking along the Fox River Trail and White River State trail.
Location next to train station. It was loud at night. I myst have missed that I didn't have a fridge in the room. I always bring my food.
The room was a nice size, the bathroom was large. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
Easy to access and park. Trains passing by lulled me to sleep.
Disappointed no nondairy milk option available.
The location was good. The Breakfast was available when we left at 9 o’clock.
My initial contact in registering was Linda. She did not smile at all, and began to tell me the hotel was booked solid.
I asked for a room close to the elevator, and she put me in the middle of one of the hallways. That was no problem.
Nothing bad happened but it wasn’t that impressive. Train tracks feel within arms reach. It isn’t loud but it’s noticeable
Very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly!
Everything was great. Just wish there was a small refrigerator in the room for drinks.
Amazing food hotel on a cozy place
