From Brussels - E19 or A12 to Antwerp From Ghent - E17 to Antwerp - Follow direction Breda ( Netherlands). On the ring road around the city take exit 3 ‘Borgerhout’. - At the traffic lights turn left ( N184, Plantin & Moretuslei). - Continue the N184 until after the second railway bridge and continue to the next intersection (central park). Turn right in Quinten Matsijslei. - Continue on Quinten Matsijslei and turn right in Korte Herentalsestraat (4th. street on the right hand side). - Continue until the end of Korte Herentalsestraat (T-intersection) and turn left into Lange Herentalsestraat which changes into Appelmansstraat. - The parking entrance and the Hyllit Hotel is located at 1640 ft on the left hand side.

Opening hours of swimming pool is Monday till Sunday from 7 am till 9 pm.

Outstanding location, brilliant staff, clean and comfortable
Pros:

The location is outstanding - right in the heart of the restaurants, the station and shopping district. The staff were all very professional and friendly and the room was excellent. Underground parking was very useful - overall I’d highly recommend

I had a good stay
Pros:

I stayed there in 2016-2017 for couple of months, felt like home, very spacious bar downstairs, beautiful decorum. Highly recommend eating in the rooftop restaurant Gran Duca. Stayed in May for a weekend Antwerp. Central location.

How can one pay 706 euros for 2 nights and didn’t even get a bottle of water to drink, 25 euros for breakfast. In my eye

The hotel was clean and nice, Ina very good location. The beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable.

Cons:

The hotel was very expensive, not even water you get with the cost.

De ligging!

Cons:

We betaalde 350+ per nacht en dan krijg je een hele basic kamer. Twee koffie cups en papieren bekertje om je koffie in te drinken. Geen showercaps. Geen bad. En er zat een grote lekkage plek op het plafond wat schimmelig eruit zag, niet heel fijn om naar te kijken.

Not even close to a 4-star hotel
Pros:

We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel in Antwerp. For a hotel that presents itself as 4-star, the experience was honestly far below expectations.

The hotel feels very tired and outdated. The rooms look old, worn out and not well maintained, with an overall feeling that everything is slightly dirty. There was also an unpleasant smell in some areas, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.

One of the biggest issues was the noise: the air conditioning system was extremely loud and made it difficult to properly relax in the room. The room itself felt dated, uncomfortable and definitely not what I would expect for the price.

Another frustrating point is that almost everything seems to cost extra — even drinking water is not provided for free. For a 4-star hotel, this feels unacceptable, especially considering the overall poor condition of the property.

The service was also underwhelming, and even the reception setup is inconvenient, as you need to take an elevator just to reach it. Overall, nothing about this hotel felt welcoming, clean, modern or comfortable.

For the price, this stay was simply not worth it. In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve its 4-star rating at all. I would not recommend staying here.
