From Brussels - E19 or A12 to Antwerp From Ghent - E17 to Antwerp - Follow direction Breda ( Netherlands). On the ring road around the city take exit 3 ‘Borgerhout’. - At the traffic lights turn left ( N184, Plantin & Moretuslei). - Continue the N184 until after the second railway bridge and continue to the next intersection (central park). Turn right in Quinten Matsijslei. - Continue on Quinten Matsijslei and turn right in Korte Herentalsestraat (4th. street on the right hand side). - Continue until the end of Korte Herentalsestraat (T-intersection) and turn left into Lange Herentalsestraat which changes into Appelmansstraat. - The parking entrance and the Hyllit Hotel is located at 1640 ft on the left hand side.

Opening hours of swimming pool is Monday till Sunday from 7 am till 9 pm.

Heerlijk hotel, fijne locatie, alles in de buurt. Heerlijk genoten, voor herhaling vatbaar!
Pros:

Locatie van het hotel is top! Later ontbijt bijgeboekt, was heerlijk. En aan het einde van de dag lekker even bijkomen in het zwembad en de sauna. Parkeren bij hotel mogelijk. Vriendelijk en service gericht personeel.

We checked into the Hyllit Hotel in Antwerp at 1:00 PM on January 18, 2026, and from the very first moment, our experience was nothing short of outstanding.

The hotel itself is beautifully updated with modern furnishings and maintained to an exceptional level of cleanliness. Every space felt fresh, comfortable, and welcoming. The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from Antwerp Central Train Station and ideally situated for exploring all the main sights the city has to offer.

However, what truly set this stay apart was the customer service. Femke delivered the best service I have ever experienced at any hotel. Traveling as a family of four, myself, my wife, and our two children, she took the time to remember all of our names and made us feel genuinely valued and welcome. She went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, always with a warm smile and a sincere willingness to help. Any question we had, she either answered immediately or made sure to find the right information for us.

I sincerely hope the hotel’s management sees this review and gives Femke the recognition she deserves. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay truly special.

Because of Femke and the outstanding quality of the Hyllit Hotel, this will be the only place we stay whenever we visit Antwerp again. Highly recommended in every way.

Pros:

Dicht bij de winkels ,dat was de reden van ons verblijf

Cons:

Wij vonden het ontbijt wat aan de dure kant, wij waren rond 8.30 aan het ontbijt en er waren nog 2 pannekoekjes en werden niet meer aan gevuld. Niet geproefd dus.

Absoluut een aanrader voor wie een weekendje Antwerpen wil verkennen.
Pros:

Top locatie, zeer centraal gelegen, alles op loopafstand. Fijne bedden, 1 matras i.p.v. spleet in het midden. Beveiligde toegang tot liften naar kamers. Schone, luxe uitstraling, vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

De wifi was zeer matig, slecht bereik.

gewoon erg goed en we komen zeker nog eens weer
Pros:

voor een citytrip was het hotel uitstekend!
En 1 van de beste patisserie zaken van heel antwerpen voor de deur.

Cons:

Dekens van het bed is synthetisch waardoor je erg warm hebt.

Cons:

TV functioneerde niet naar behoren: afstandbediening ook niet.
Kraan lavabo in badkamer maakte veel lawaai en het eerste water uit de kraan was niet echt zuiver.
