Unas vacaciones inolvidables en Cartagena
Pros:

Las instalaciones y el personal de la piscina muy amable el joven le daba vida con su música además de atento y respetuoso, es excelente que tenga acceso a la playa directo mi hija estaba feliz

Good location, staff and breakfast.
Pros:

all the facilities were excellent, staff, breakfast and hotel location.

Cons:

My room was on the 3rd floor street side, too noisy until 2 am and the restaurants on the other side of the street had large and bright publicity signs that are lit up all night long. i did asked to be changed to a different room but no one followed up with the request. i would return to the hotel but to a different room.

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, lindo en cuanto a las zonas comunes, lobby y la piscina

Cons:

Las habitaciones tienen ventanas fijas, no se abren y el olor a humedad es insoportable!!! A pesar que todos los días las limpian, no es suficiente

Personal, queda al lado de la playa es ideal la puerta que tiene en la piscina.
