Zimmer und Ausstattung gut, Personal und Essen 👎

Unterkunft und Lage waren gut, Zimmer war auch sauber . Zimmer konnte bereits vor Check in bezogen werden

Auch Unstimmigkeiten unter dem Personal.
Wir haben dieses Hotel von unseren Kindern zum Hochzeitstag geschenkt bekommen und dort unseren Hochzeitstag gefeiert….
Mich hat besonders geärgert, als ich am Morgen nochmals Kaffee bestellt habe, dass der Kellner die Kanne einfach vom Nachbartisch , die bereits gegangen waren, genommen hat.
Auch bei Fragen zum Abendessen, war einer der Kellner ziemlich reserviert und hat uns schnell abserviert. Der Fisch war fast kalt , bei der Rechnung hatten wir das auch gesagt. Der Kellner hat uns darauf hin ein Essen nicht berechnet, was zuvorkommend war.
Wir kamen uns lästig vor und im Hotel sollte man sich wohlfühlen. Schade Zimmer waren gut, aber ich möchte in dieses Hotel nicht mehr fahren . Ich fühle mich nicht wirklich willkommen

Ruhiges komfortables Hotel
Pros:

ruhige und konfortable Unterkunft, geräumige Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, wo alles vorhanden war und auf Wünsche eingagangen sind.

Cons:

Haben am ersten Abend das Nachtessen im Hotel eingenommen. Es gab Buffet und kein a la carte. Das Essen am Buffet war leider geschmacklich kein Renner, alles schmeckte gleich, schlecht abgeschmeckt. Aus diesem Essen hätte mehr herausgeholt werden können, schade….

Pros:

Das Hotel ist schön gelegen (Sommer-Urlaub), nicht weit zum Badesee, ebenso nicht weit zum Dorfplatz, außerdem ist es nicht an der Hauptstraße, somit recht ruhig gelegen.
Das Zimmer war schön, wir hatten mit Bergblick und Balkon. Das Personal im Restaurant war immer sehr aufmerksam und hat versucht, es allen recht zu machen. Das Frühstück war kontinental und gut - es gab sogar Prosecco.
Der Bade- und Saunabereich war recht neu gestaltet.

Cons:

Da das Hotel doch etwas größer ist, waren bei uns 3 Gruppenreisen zugegen - dadurch war es frühs recht laut im Frühstücksraum, was uns als Paarurlauber etwas gestört hat. Wir durften draußen Frühstücken (Sommer) dort war es bedeutend ruhiger.
Im Pool-Saunabereich könnten in unseren Augen noch Snacks stehen oder Obst und Wasser (es gab Tee im Saunabereich mit kleinen Tassen, aber kein Wasser - nur einen Wasserhahn ohne Gläser).
