The staff is very kind

Cons:

The appartments are very dark and oddly placed. We asked for a room instead, but any refund was off the table, so we ended up paying way more for a simple room... We were told that the price was the same, but different booking sites told a different story.

Rooms are not soundproof, which is a problem with noisy guests and loud street life.
