Location is pretty good for the beach, and has a nice pool with a smaller pool for kids and a small Jacuzzi area
They have a shop incorporated in the hotel, with all other shops being of a walk away. Its in Cap Salou.
Comfortable bed with a nice balcony and view
Staff were in between, either very nice and attentive or a bit abrupt and didnt seem to care very much
I had staff walk into my apartment 3 times when I had the Do.Not Disturb sign hanging on the door. First a cleaner on second day, then a guy with a card telling me check-out times, and then another cleaner on that same last day when I was trying to pack... very strange.

Cracked tile in the pool where a couple of kids lacerated their toes. From what I understand most of the staff werent helpful with arranging taxis to the hospital for english speaking holiday makers and took some time for the cracks to be patched up.
Receptionist told me that I would be sent a message when the apartment was ready, I arrived around 12 and didnt receive anything, it was after half 3 that I went back up and they said that they forgot to send me a message but apartment was ready. I had to leave my luggae in a room that didnt seem very secure, the key was just handed out to anyone to come and go as they pleased.
Late check out, first I was told not possible and then a couple of hours later at reception I was told yes. So your better asking directly at reception on the day and if available its 10€ per extra hour

El aparcamiento está muy bien, buenas instalaciones y localización.
El horario de las piscinas es muy reducido, a las 7 de la tarde ya las cierran.
Es la segunda vez que vamos aprovechando que mi hija va de torneo a Salou, y hemos repetido porque nos gusta mucho el hotel. No tienen grandes lujos pero para mi tener una habitación confortable y cómoda, piscina y tranquilidad alrededor es lo más, además, el personal del hotel es muy agradable, tanto recepción, bar, servicio de limpieza.
No hay nada que no me haya gustado
