Me encantó el hospedaje en este hotel. El servicio y la amabilidad de todo el personal. Las instalaciones son muy lindas y cómodas.
Súper recomendado y además tiene un rooftoop hermoso porque tiene una vista espectacular de medellín.

Atención del personal, desayuno y ubicación

My wife and I spent 3 nights here, largely due to the positive TA reviews. While the hotel is pretty nice, we found it very inconsistent.

On the plus side, it’s in a great neighborhood - lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. Also, the front desk people and housekeeping were top notch.

We also loved their happy hour. They bring a bar cart to your room around 5-6:00 with a free drink. I have not seen that before.

We didn’t spend anytime at the rooftop bar and pool but they looked great.

Mixed results for the room. I inadvertently got a slight upgrade from a Spice suite to an Acqua suite with a jacuzzi in the extra room. The bedroom and bathroom were fine. The extra room, however, didn’t add any value. The jacuzzi took up a lot of space and really made the suite look dated. The furniture in the extra room was extremely cheap. The only light put off light equivalent to a small candle.

The biggest problem with our stay was the loud music from nearby bars and the hotel’s rooftop bar (one night). We were on the 6th floor so I suspect that a lot of rooms have the issue. The noise was a bigger problem for my wife. She slept poorly every night, even with ear plugs.

A disappointing breakfast was included in our room rate. Not a lot of variety and the service and food were uneven. E.g. hard fruit; some hot dishes were cold; inconsistent service,

For our ride to the airport we made the mistake of booking a taxi through the hotel because the taxi supposedly took credit cards. They didn’t. They also charged us 25% more than our inbound taxi. We should have stayed with our original plan and used Uber.

I liked some aspects of the hotel a lot but probably wouldn’t stay here again due to the noise issues and the below average breakfast.

breakfast was amazing. Also the free bev cart was a great surprise. The whole staff was so nice and helpful and attentive. Planning my trip back in august.

La habitacion tenia una area para compartir q tambien funciona como balcón, es algo innovador ya que el area puede se cierra por medio de puertas de cristal con cortinas el la noche para mayor privacidad y silencio.

The staff were incredible, the rooms were beautiful, and the food at Real was unforgettable. I wish I had stayed a little longer

Bottom line: I had a great experience in my recent week at The Charlee Hotel. The room was spacious and included a separate living/sitting room with a great view of Medellin. The hotel is in a noisy area, but with the windows closed in the sitting room and the sliding door to the sitting room shut, it was quiet. There are restaurants, shops, bars, and parks all within a short walk of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job (thank you, Liseth). Breakfast there was good with a selection of fruit, breads, cheeses, and eggs to order. They also offered a menu option. The rooftop bar had a beautiful view, but I preferred the bar on the first floor for its better service (thank you, Viviana). The concierge, Jessica, was absolutely amazing, providing me restaurant and Colombian literature recommendations and also giving me a small gift in appreciation of my staying at the hotel.

La experiencia en el Hotel Charlee fue sobresaliente. El servicio del hotel es de alto nivel y se nota desde el primer momento. La atención del personal fue excepcional: siempre amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento, haciendo que la estancia fuera muy cómoda y agradable.

Las habitaciones son amplias, modernas y muy bien equipadas, lo que aporta una gran sensación de confort y descanso. Además, la ubicación del hotel es excelente y facilita moverse por la ciudad. Sin duda, una opción totalmente recomendable para quienes buscan calidad, comodidad y un servicio impecable en Medellín.

Phenomenal stay! There's lots to like about the Charlee - the suites, the thoughtful decor and furniture, the location, the myriad options nearby - but the best part is the people. Jessica at the concierge desk, Laura at reception, Winston the General Manager, ... every single person we interacted with was incredibly hospitable and helpful. As first timers to Colombia who don't speak Spanish, we clearly needed extra handholding and everyone - Jessica in particular - went above and beyond and patiently helped us through. A self-inflicted wound on scheduling and having to change rooms midway was similarly handled gracefully.

To the extent there's a con, it's the location. Charlee appears be in THE party district of Medellin, so if you are looking for a serene retreat, this isn't it.

I'd happily stay here again.

Desde el check-in hasta la salida, la atención fue siempre amable, rápida y muy profesional. La ubicación es perfecta, la habitación cómoda y moderna, y tanto el desayuno como el restaurante del hotel ofrecen una muy buena experiencia. Sin duda, un lugar altamente recomendable en Medellín

La experiencia en el Hotel Charlee fue excelente de principio a fin. La ubicación es inmejorable, en una zona muy animada y bien conectada. La habitación es moderna, cómoda y con todos los detalles necesarios para una estancia agradable. El restaurante del hotel es muy bueno, con una propuesta gastronómica de calidad. Además, el proceso de check-in fue muy rápido y eficiente. El desayuno es variado y de buena calidad, y el servicio del personal fue siempre atento y profesional. Sin duda, un hotel al que volvería.

El desayuno es completo y de buena calidad, y el personal siempre atento y profesional. Una opción muy recomendable en Medellín.
