The Charlee Hotel

I would highly recommend the Charlee Hotel for those who want to be in the center of the action. It is an ideal location for the bars, restaurants, nightclubs and lounges. Probably not the best hotel for a family vacation or to bring young kids.

The rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel decor is hip and modern. The gym at the hotel is open to the public and is “the gym” to workout at in the area. The gym also has fantastic city views.

The staff is at the Charlee is great especially Jessica the concierge.

Staff was not welcoming. Pool was small with limited access. Hotel food mediocre. Drinks overpriced. Surrounding area crawling with prostitutes.

We had a perfect stay at The Charlee. Great location, beautiful accommodations and warm and friendly staff. Santiago and Anderson were wonderful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

El desayuno estuvo delicioso, es un lugar hermoso, me gustó mucho el ambiente del restaurante y el servicio es excelente, todos son muy amables sobretodo el equipo de recepción quienes siempre estuvieron pendientes de lo que necesitábamos.

Great location. Excellent service from the time you check inn till you checkout . The staff will go out if there way to make sure your stay is satisfactory. The rooms are spectacular and well maintained . The hotel cleanliness is excellent especially the rooms. I love everything about the hotel and especially the staff because they make you feel comfortable and at home. I would recommend this property 100% to anyone visiting the city .

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had fantastic amenities. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Outstanding hospitality from start to finish—I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Mi experiencia en The Charlee fue excelente de principio a fin. La comida estuvo deliciosa, con platos muy bien presentados y de gran sabor. El servicio fue uno de los aspectos que más destacó: todo el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

La ubicación es inmejorable, perfecta para disfrutar de Medellín y tener todo muy cerca. Además, las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y hacen que la estadía sea aún más agradable.

Un detalle que me encantó fue que en las tardes pasan por los pasillos con un carrito bar ofreciendo bebidas, tanto alcohólicas como sin alcohol. Es un gesto diferente que hace sentir muy bien atendido y le da un toque especial a la experiencia.

Sin duda es un hotel que recomendaría y al que volvería sin pensarlo.

Tuve una muy buena experiencia en The Charlee. Lo que más me gustó fue el tamaño de las habitaciones, son muy amplias, cómodas y permiten disfrutar realmente la estadía, algo que no es tan común. Además, la ubicación es excelente, en pleno Poblado, con muchísimos restaurantes, bares y opciones para caminar alrededor. A pesar de estar en una zona muy activa, el hotel ofrece un ambiente impecable para descansar. Sin duda volvería y lo recomendaría para quienes quieran hospedarse en una muy buena ubicación sin sacrificar comodidad.

I stayed at this hotel for a vacation during my first time in Medellin. From entering the hotel I was greeted by Tomas who was extremely helpful. He went out his way to make my first experience in the hotel extremely accommodating.

The breakfast served at the hotel is incredible but the service was made even better by the superb excellent customer service received by Carlos and Dayana. All three are a credit to the hotel I will definitely be returning.👌

We traveled to Medellín to celebrate my birthday with my wife and our 11-year-old daughter, and our stay at The Charlee Hotel exceeded every expectation.

A special thank you goes to Jessica Díaz from the Concierge team. For more than a week before our arrival, we were in almost daily communication while planning our trip. She helped coordinate tours, adjust itineraries, secure restaurant reservations, and even arranged a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my wife. Upon arrival, she also surprised our daughter with chocolate-covered strawberries and a selection of sweets waiting in our room. It was a thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflects the level of care and hospitality at The Charlee.

We would also like to recognize Dayana Martín and Carlos Cuadrado, who took wonderful care of us every morning at breakfast. Their warmth and attentiveness made each day start on the perfect note.

Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and extremely comfortable, featuring a private jacuzzi and stunning views of Medellín. The included à la carte breakfast was excellent.

The location is unbeatable—directly across from Parque Lleras and just steps from Provenza and Calle Primavera, right in the heart of El Poblado.

The Charlee offers luxury accommodations, an outstanding location, and truly exceptional service. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning.
