Good stay for a fair price including good breakfast.

Correcto si duermes una o dos noches.Hotel antiguo de montaña,la recepcionista bastante seca. La TV no funcionaba,lo dijimos y nada ni se veía quizá ni lo miraron.
El desayuno justito.
En positivo la ubicación,las vistas,las camas cómodas y que estaba limpio.

ubicación genial , instalaciones viejas y descuidadas sobretodo en habitación.

I found the room floor dirty and the bathroom poorly equipped. I complained to the receptionist. He informed me the hotel was full. Yet he could possibly offer a triple room, so I had to ask again once the responsible was there. I fell asleep and did not complain any further. I was disappointed that the head of the reception did not get back to me about this and farther, I never got any complimentary reward for this. When I checked out, It was highly visible that the main entrance lobby's floor was all dirty. This was in the afternoon already. I won't recommend this hotel at all. The staff was correct, yet not friendly or amenable. I could see they do not have any past experience in hospitality.

Breakfast very poor.. a hair in cereals and little variation in choice. Asking for additional croissants when none left was told none
Wet towels left in bathroom and leaky shower mild on shower and hairdryer didn’t work

Falta limpieza en la habitación.

I expected basic, as it was a last minute booking. It is basic. For example no kettle in the room, but the simple b and b helped mitigate against that.

I was on the very top floor. Room 304 which was bigger than most rooms. But if you are over 6ft. (Im 6ft1) be careful when you go in the bathroom. Frodo Baggins would have to duck to get in! Also, the lift only goes to the 2nd floor. One thing that did upset me is I had some rossignol ski poles go missing from the ski lockers.

Un 3 *** que podria ser una buena pensión. De ahí que sea barato. Larga espera en recepción. Inexplicablemente no hay nadie porque la chica está atendiendo el bar, y parece ser que esa es la prioridad. Habitación pequeña con un extraño olor, colchón de los antiguos y con un pequeño baño en el cual, de manera absurda, hay una vieja bañerita donde no se cabe de pie por tocar al techo, y una miniducha de muy complicado y muy peligroso acceso, sobretodo al salir mojado. Desayuno normal los 2 dias que pasé, aunque la mujer del servicio de comedor no devuelve el saludo ni al llegar ni al salir, y no informa ni en qué mesa puedes sentarte (en plena era Covid19 !)
Tristemente a veces es mejor pagar un poco mas para evitar ciertas experiencias.

Nice hotel and clean one. The bed was just making some unpleasant noise when moving on it. The girls who were working there were helpful, but only one of them (the new one) was speaking good English, the other one very hard to understand. I would definitely recommend it.

It is a cute and solid small hotel. Arinsal is wonderful and there are plenty of restaurants/bars around. Nothing luxury, but still very comfortable to stay a couple of nights. Good breakfast, free parking nearby

El viaje a Andorra perfecto en familia disfrutamos mucho de la montaña y sus tiendas lo mejor el hotel muy tranquilo la habitación junto al río encantador lo recomiendo las vistas increíbles.

Excelente localización. Trato del personal del hotel correcto. Habitación confortable y buen desayuno

Ideal para estar poco tiempo y de paso.

Buena opción para pasar unos días de turismo por Andorra.
