Good value but expensive when added to the room rate

Cons:

I didn't get a good nites sleep as my room was on the third floor with some kind of shared shower / toilet outside the room...VERY noisy backing closing opening and linen cupboard outside my door all night and I had to be up early... Woke up tired!!

Good location, comfortable, warm, modern - leave the car at home
Pros:

Warm, comfortable and close to all you need in Belfast

Cons:

Parking was a nightmare, took me several loops of the streets around the area, 20++ minutes to get a spot and it was almost a 10 minute walk away

A nice hotel in a lovely location
Pros:

The friendly and helpful staff, especially at check in. The location is good, as it is near the Botanical Gardens, the Ulster Museum and the Belfast Tropical Ravine. The hotel is located on a quiet residential street, with several bus stops serving the nearby Lisburn road and a 15 minute walk from the Adelaide train station. There are lots of restaurants and takeaways near the hotel for dinner options.

Séjour très agréable.
Pros:

L’emplacement très facile d’accès en bus depuis le centre-ville. L’accueil sympathique, la présence d’un parking, le petit déjeuner varié, la belle chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

Un peu de bruit venant du dessus et surtout, nous étions étonnés de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres.

Beware of unprofessional practices

The premises was nice.

Cons:

The property is advertised with a 24hour reception with payment upon arrival. When making a booking we stated our check in time 9pm. We received a message confirming the check in time as approved. On the day of check in we received a call from the hotel telling us that they were closing their check in at 7pm and they wanted immediate payment or we would not be given access to stay. We argued with them that since it was stated they had a 24 hour reception and the terms were payment upon arrival and they had guaranteed payment in any case that we could pay the following day. They completely refused and told us that unless we immediately paid they would not give us access. We ended up paying with a credit card I did not want to use due to their blackmail. Another thing I should mention is we had a noisy guest above us who kept dropping things in the middle of the night waking us up.
