All in all the hotel was ok but they need to pay a little more attention to maintenance
Pros:

Location was good, rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

There were a number of items in the room that needed attention.
On arrival our room was blisteringly hot, it transpired the radiator valves were stuck and we had a very uncomfortable first night. Someone came to look at them the next day and endeavored to get the valves working properly although he only partially succeeded.
The hot water to the wash hand basin barely worked with just a trickle of water coming out of the tap.
The bedside cabinet was broken.

The one thing that I did take issue with is the lack of net curtains to windows. Our room faced onto the road and the lack of net curtains meant that when getting changed we had to close curtains.

Very pleasant and good value overnight stay on a nice street.
Pros:

The hotel was very accommodating about us arriving late in the evening and the room was very attractive on first viewing. Everything seems reasonably up to date and very comfortable. The house overall appeared clean but didn't smell great, open windows would have helped particularly on the landing. Not sure what had gone on there... I managed to park at the back and the quiet street made the hotel seem safe. I'd certainly recommend it for a short break and would happily return.

Cons:

Not having access to a tap downstairs for mains water. It was not clear whether the bathroom water was drinkable and I resented having to pay for bottled water late at night. The vending machine doesn't add to the overall feel over the place but I'm sure is useful to some. The room at the top of the house was incredibly hot which made sleeping difficult. The fans were a welcome addition but were noisy to sleep with them turned on. Overall though it was perfectly fine for what we needed at short notice and I've no complaints at all, just offering the above as feedback.

Disappointed , I won’t book this ‘hotel’ again .
Pros:

Location was ok, not much else .

Cons:

Tiny cold room with no heating Bathroom tiny and freezing . Could hear guest upstairs clearly . Advertised as an ‘ upgrade’. Poor breakfast not worth the extra payment . No parking. Worst €125 I’ve spent.
