Pros:

數據包裡沒有usbc 轉hdmi 線，打電話問櫃檯，櫃檯卻說應該有。不確定的話就說不確定就好了。

Pros:

In addition to having an epic pool deck, gym and restaurant/bar, the hotel is in the heart of convenient subway and bus connections as well as shopping and dining areas. Further, the hotel staff and particularly, the concierges, were extremely helpful from securing train tickets to sharing dinner and tour recommendations. Loved our stay, relaxing, fun and hope to return.

Overpriced Hotel
Pros:

Aside from the location, I don't believe this property offers good value for the money. The rate is not competitive even with the corporate rate, and the staff service does not match the high rate. Additionally, suite upgrade rewards are not available here—as always. And despite being an Ambassador member, I did not receive any benefits at this property.

It was a relaxing night.
Pros:

The room 3009 was great.

Cons:

I feel for the room rate a toothbrush and toothpaste should be provided.

The French restaurant was average. I expected finer food; but the service was great.

Disappointing
Pros:

Room was very well equipped and comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately first impressions count and our experience checking in was so stressful we would never stay here again. The lobby is hectic, always queues and lots of noise from dining area next door. The asked for a big room deposit and then said it would take up to 3 months to return it so that left an immediate bad taste - that’s just not ok.

Pros:

A hotel of a lot of energy. Like the design and the colour the hotel has used.

The food is great with a lot of varieties. Like the boss sound system in the room.

The hotel has a great location and is the city hall station of the blue line MRT is just around the corner, together with a few grand shopping malls.

Will stay here again
Pros:

Very central location excellent service very nice staff . Room was very large with view and very clean hotel. Breakfast buffet exceptional, we are vegetarian , chef Mr Stone Hsu was very nice and made special vegetarian dish for us everyday.

The gym was fantastic and the pool & bar areas were lovely. Room was comfortable. Nice views of Taipei 101.

Cons:

Breakfast was absolute chaos. It was like a circus. Quite an unpleasant experience.
