Complete disappointment
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel years ago and had a good experience, which is why I decided to come back. Big mistake. Clearly, things have gone downhill. This time around, I was met with obvious bias and disrespect. Due to unstable flight schedules to Russia, I arrived earlier than planned and asked—willing to pay, of course—if early check-in was possible. The staff kept stringing me along, saying "soon," then "come back at 11:30–12:00," and so on.
While waiting, I saw them check in a Russian couple who arrived much later than I did. So what is this—if you're not Russian, you get ignored and pushed aside? Completely unacceptable. This is no way to treat guests. Extremely disappointed with the staff's behavior and attitude. I won’t be recommending this place to anyone ever again.

Great stay
Pros:

Location very good especially if you are coming or leave from any airport.near train station, metro station
Also by walking very near to kremlin square.
Breakfast amazing and very , It satisfies all tastes.
I want send all my thanks for reception staff , they always help me especially Mr ASSEM .

It’s first time I visited MOSCOW, but it’s not the last, that because not only the most beautiful city and neither the kind people l dealt with there, but because the most comfortable RADISSON BLU BELORUSSKAYA HOTEL, l lived 15 day and l recognised its delicious food and so kindly treatment of the Employees, so l loved it and in name of mi and my colleagues working in MOFA IRAQ, we literally appreciated your administration and management of the Hotel

Ok for short stay
Pros:

Close to the center but more and more old rooms, with clear signs of cigarets on the curtains and carpet, old bathrooms…at least in the rooms i have stayed last couple of months. In general all necessary thing available in the room - shampoo, toothpaste, iron, couple bottles of water, hair dryer…

Very delicious summer breakfast at Sure bar!
Pros:

The new summer breakfast at Sure bar - set-a-la-rose is fantastic, especially the ice-coffee with Damascus rose! Very unusual and delicious flavour, I have never tested before. Highly recommended, indeed ♥️

Gutes Hotel, super tolles Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal.

Negativ, Anreise um 17 Uhr und ich musste 30min auf mein Zimmer warten, weil es nicht fertig war und leider müsste der Teppich einmal ausgetauscht werden.

Good rooms, not such a location
Pros:

I have been travelling for some years quite often to Moscow but it was first time for me to stay in this hotel. I wanted to try it as i had to be close to railwaystation for my moves.
The hotel itself is fine. Nice confortable rooms, big tv screen and the gym is nice too. .
But i guess they were still on " winter mode central heating system" on 15 of april so it was way too hot in the room. No matter how i try to change room temperature and i did ask several times at the reception for help but i had to sleep with window open and fan on.
Otherwise it was impossible to have a rest at night. Too hot. The weather in Moscow those days were around 23C°. The the hotel still had winter heating mode .
The hotel itself is surrounded by residential buildings and offices with couple of small food shops around and one georgian restaurant right next the door but beside it there is nothing interesting or any cute cafe to have a drink.
And the metro and railway station Belorusskaya is some 10-15 min walk from hotel. Too short for taxi ride to long to carry big suitcase :)
So hotel is fine but not very interesting or comfortable location on my opinion.

Отель в целом нормальный. Завтраки хорошие.
Номера средние. Цена и качество соответствует. Расположение удобное.
Замечание и подпорченное настроение, по статусу VIP, комплемент от отеля несли два дня, не понимаю как работает обслуживание номеров. По номеру на 4 человек было 2 полотенца и все остальные принадлежности соответственно только на двоих. Чайник в номере, но без чая и кофе, как заявлено в номере.

Pros:

Отель в целом хороший, территориально расположен идеально для туристического отдыха.
Хорошая зона отдыха, холл.
Номера красивые, номера с видом действительно великолепны.
Комфортная ванная комната.
Очень любезный и доброжелательный персонал. Делают все, чтоб отдых для гостей был максимально комфортен.
Вкусный завтрак.
Единственное пожелание улучшить кофемашину. Не очень нравился кофе, пить невозможно было.
В чем причина не понятно, то ли нарушено соотношение дозировки молока и кофе(капучино), то ли сорт зёрен кофе такой. Приходилось просить сварить кофе за дополнительную плату в баре.
Все санитарные нормы соблюдаются в полном объёме.
В целом рекомендую всем.
