I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect and exactly as I wanted it to be. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and cooperative, and they made my stay even more enjoyable.

Pros:

الافطار مقبول مكان الاقامة جيد عمال الفندق كانوا على مستوى جيد من اللباقة

Cons:

وجبة العشاء يجب ان تنافس المطاعم بالسعر والجودة
الثلاجة كانت سيئة جدآ
كان روب حمام واحد رغم انها غرفة زوجية.
ارضية الحمام سيئة جدآ الماء كان يخرج الى باقي الحمام

Experience of Double Tree Hilton
Pros:

We had very friendly, warm and supportive people helping us. Suhaib shatnawi in the restaurant was particularly attentive to our family needs and provided a personalised service.

Overall the experience was very thorough. I highly recommend this place.

Only slightly negative comment is that the hotel can smell of smoke.

השהות שלנו במלון הילטון עקבה הייתה פשוט נפלאה!
ברצוני להודות לכל צוות המלון על האירוח המדהים, האדיבות והמקצועיות. כבר מהרגע הראשון הרגשנו את היחס החם והאישי ואת הדאגה לפרטים הקטנים.
החדרים, חדר האוכל והמלון היו נקיים ומסודרים, הקבלה הייתה מהירה ויעילה, והערכנו מאוד את קבלת החדרים המוקדמת. הצוות היה אדיב, קשוב וזמין לכל בקשה, והמענה לכל צורך היה מהיר ומכל הלב.
האוכל היה טעים ומגוון, והחוויה הכללית הייתה מצוינת.
המיקום פשוט מושלם! המלון נמצא קרוב להכול, נוח מאוד להתנייד ממנו, ובמרחק קצר מהשוק והמסעדות . המיקום ללא ספק הוסיף מאוד לחוויית החופשה שלנו.
תודה רבה לכל הצוות על שירות יוצא מן הכלל ועל חוויה בלתי נשכחת. ❤️

Wahnsinnig tolles Team, wenn ich könnte würde ich 6 Sterne vergeben. Vielen Dank an den General Manager Muhanned, der unseren Aufenthalt mit vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten einmalig gemacht hat, an Mohammed Abu Dhol, der in der tollen Pool, Gym und Saunawelt für Sicherheit, Ordnung und immer nette Gespräche gesorgt hat und Charity, die uns das Frühstück angenehmer und zuvorkommend nicht hätte machen können.
Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und sauber ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem, schöne große Dusche im Bad mit gut riechenden Pflegeprodukten.
Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, alles kann zu Fuß erreicht werden, man hat von der Dachterasse und dem Pool einen tollen Blick auf das rote Meer.
Der Poolbereich ist schön angelegt. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zu Dampfsauna, Sauna und Gym und auch hier ist alles sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt.
Das Frühstücksbuffett ist sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das Team hat den Gastraum gut im Griff, sodass auch am Wochenende schnell Tische gereinigt und zur Verfügung stehen.
Fazit: Wir haben viele schöne Stunden mit Ihnen verbracht und würden sofort wieder kommen 😀
