A wonderful family stay in a well-run hotel with great staff
Pros:

An awesome experience from the slick check in to the lovely rooms, superb breakfast and fab pool area. The key to our stay were the universally friendly staff throughout the property. We will return for sure!

I will never stay in this hotel again Aqaba is beautiful this hotel is not.
Pros:

Central location for downtown walking

Cons:

I did not like the check in staff put me in my junior suite with no bathtub and the sliding glass doors were broke only when I complained about my room did they put me in the room I actually paid. The chairs were dirty the rooms were sub standard clean for the price i paid its not worth and there was a guy in the check in area shoes off cleaning his toes.

Pros:

The hotel and staff members were excellent.The room was clean and beautiful.The restaurant meals were of an excellent standard.The reception staff very super friendly and helpful at all times.The location is the best!I really enjoyed my stay here and I highly recommend this hotel.I will definitely stay here again on a future visit.
