In Ordnung für den Preis, aber mit Luft nach oben
Pros:

Der kostenfreie Parkplatz direkt am Hotel war für uns ein großer Pluspunkt und machte einen sicheren Eindruck. Das Personal war insgesamt freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war großzügig, sauber und mit Klimaanlage sowie Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Positiv fanden wir außerdem den Außenbereich mit Terrasse und kleiner Lounge sowie die Möglichkeit, beim Frühstück draußen zu sitzen. Zusätzliche Handtücher wurden uns auf Nachfrage sofort gebracht und auch die Kaffee-Supplies wurden vom Housekeeping wieder aufgefüllt.

Cons:

Der Check-in verlief leider etwas holprig. Zunächst wurde unsere Reservierung nicht gefunden und anschließend bekamen wir ein Zimmer ohne Balkon, obwohl wir ausdrücklich eines mit Balkon gebucht hatten. Erst nach unserer Reklamation erhielten wir ein passendes Zimmer.

Das Hotel und insbesondere unser Zimmer wirkten insgesamt deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bad und auf dem Balkon waren Fliesen beschädigt, Armaturen und Dusche sichtbar abgenutzt und einige Möbel bzw. Türen reparaturbedürftig. Der Balkon hatte außerdem keine Sitzmöbel. Das Zimmer war zunächst nur für eine Person ausgestattet, obwohl wir zu zweit gebucht hatten. Die Matratzen und Kissen waren für unseren Geschmack sehr hart. Auch die Gästeinformationen zu WLAN, Frühstück und Housekeeping waren sehr knapp.

Insgesamt fehlte uns etwas die Liebe zum Detail und das Gefühl, wirklich willkommen zu sein.

Abbiamo viaggiato in famiglia per partecipare ad un matrimonio.
Pros:

Le dimensioni della camera e del bagno erano davvero confortevoli.

Inoltre, è stata molto apprezzata la culla per la bambina, dotata di materasso, che si è rivelata davvero confortevole. Nostro figlio è stato molto comodo e ha dormito benissimo.

Cons:

Per un hotel a 4 stelle sarebbe opportuno ridurre l'utilizzo della plastica monouso. Almeno nelle camere, sarebbe apprezzabile mettere a disposizione una caraffa con due bicchieri in vetro, da poter riempire presso distributori d'acqua collocati ai vari piani. L'hotel offre un minibar con sola acqua, ma è comunque da apprezzare la gratuità del servizio.

La colazione, invece, ha lasciato un po' a desiderare. Non tanto per la varietà dell'offerta, quanto per la qualità dei prodotti: sia la parte dolce sia quella salata apparivano visivamente poco fresche, con alimenti che sembravano secchi o preparati da tempo. Anche il ciambellone non aveva una consistenza morbida. Va bene proporre una scelta limitata di prodotti, ma la qualità dovrebbe essere un elemento essenziale.

Всё отлично, хороший отель, номер небольшой, но на одну ночь - отлично, парковка, балкон, недалеко от аэропорта, тихо.

Cons:

На балконе не было даже стула посидеть покурить, пришлось вытаскивать из комнаты.

Pros:

Très bon hôtel de transition. Le prix est vraiment correct pour la prestation proposé.
Le parking est GRATUIT avec de nombreuses places, ce qui est rare en Italie !
Petit déjeuner plutôt bien...

Cons:

...sauf les oeufs brouillés qui était une omelette ratée et brûlée ainsi que le café (avec une machine automatique...) qui est franchement mauvais. Une honte en Italie...!

Salle de bain vraiment trop ancienne et peu accueillante..
