We will be very happy to visit the hotel again.
Pros:

I am completely satisfied. It's my first time in Slovenia-Portoroz and everything was at an enviable level. Location, cleanliness, service, food...perfect.

Cons:

I am not satisfied with the responsible person of the hotel-manager and his action after the serious leakage of the air conditioner after midnight. We got a replacement room to spend the night, but the next morning no one contacted us about the incident and what to do next. They didn't even inform us that we got a new room, canceled the card and all our things were left in the old room. Subsequently, everything we did was helped by the service staff... Only the manager never appeared or spoke to us. That was the only thing that was wrong.

Great hotel, although I stayed for only one night (business trip).
Pros:

Excellent location. Staff very professional. Room and all other facilities very clean. Breakfast is one of the best I have ever tasted in 4 stars hotel. Available parking is also one of the pluses.

Cons:

Maybe it is a little bit too expensive.
