Chão sujo quando chegamos (e tínhamos crianças que gatinham), manchas de base nos lençóis… toalhas só são trocadas se pedirmos.

A 25 minutos del centro pero un taxi lo arregla. Un apartamento bien equipado con tele, cocina,....
Pros:

Limpio y ordenado. Muy cómodo. Nos dejaron hacer el check-in a las 7 am (8 horas antes). Fueron muy amables

Cons:

Estaba a 25 minutos en taxi de la Candelaria. Pero la habitación con su cocina americana y nevera merecerían la pena

Excellent staff, clean, good neighborhood, but terrifying guests and no 24 hour security or concierge.
Pros:

The staff were excellent and did their best to explain things to me, despite my basic Spanish. They were kind, patient and professional and I am very grateful to them for their help. I dealt with three different staff members and they were all outstanding. I would recommend this property for the quality of its staff and I hope they have an employer who appreciates their value.

It was very clean and located in a quiet neighbourhood.

The breakfast was great.

The shower was warm.

Cons:

The lock on the patio door to my balcony (low floor) didn’t lock properly.

There is no 24 hour security.

The safe in my room didn’t work.


I had to listen to a couple from The Netherlands screaming in Dutch and fighting savagely for hours through the night and there was no front desk or concierge to call. I didn’t call the police because they sounded equally likely to kill each other.

Pros:

Appartamento immenso, con due camere da letto e due bagni. Tutto pulitissimo! La zona è super, molto sicura e piena di localini e ristoranti a 5/10 min di taxi.
Lo staff dell'hotel è gentile e disponibile!

Cons:

Sarebbe utile che chi sta alla reception parlasse inglese, ma si può rimediare facilmente! La struttura ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!
