Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Amazing lobby bar and sushi restaurant. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I give 4 start just for the staff. Facility need a lot of maintenance, bathroom with mood. They increase the food and beverages prices at facility. I didn't recommend

Check in wasn't great.

1) the said that I had to pay for the booking, even though I paid in advance through the app.

2) no vip access treatment whatsoever. Staff said that they didn't have any deal with expedia. They informed me that it showed as a Portuguese company who made the booking.

3) terrible traffic noise. Requested a different room, never happened.

4) Dust on the room, long hairs in bed sheets, towels with hanging threads.

Great location and service

The staff at front desk was very helpful in getting my room sorted out, I needed connecing rooms because traveling with kids, and they were super acoomodating and helpful.

Overall, I had a good experience at this hotel. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and self-parking was straightforward and convenient for visitors. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectation. It was plentiful, fresh, and well-organized. The hotel was clean and had a generally safe atmosphere.

That said, I did have two concerns. One day, my room key stopped working, and when I went to the front desk to get it reactivated, the staff member did so without verifying my name or asking for ID. As a woman, that made me feel uneasy as security should always be a priority, and I believe more caution should be taken when granting room access.

Additionally, the walls seemed a bit thin, as I could hear noise from neighboring rooms. While that may be expected in a large hotel, it’s still something to be aware of.

Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, but there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to safety and soundproofing.

There was construction which we were unaware of when we booked and the gym was closed as well as the bar. No notice in Expedia or hotel prior. There was also construction noise.

It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction, and Luis absolutely exemplifies that.

I loved to stay here

the bathroom need to be fixed in todo. pool to small. need fanes in the game room, charge in the breakfast for one egg for the baby and for a cup of milk.
