Hotel Ville Park Premium

Rooms were clean and comfortable, check in smooth, breakfast good, but when you sell a property with parking and is really difficult to find. Then you walk through the empty "paid "parking . International visitors (couples) travel with 2 suitcases one luggage rack again, empty wardrobe maybe a folding one. Or one you could get from reception 😉 STILL we live in hope. Colin. Australia 🇦🇺

Zimmer sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, für mehrere Tage wäre es mir zu klein.
Sauberkeit vorbildlich
Leider keinen Aufzug,mit Gepäck im 2. Oder 3. Stock nicht so günstig.
Frühstück war top,riesen Auswahl .
Lage direkt am Strand, schöne Fußwege
Bus in die Stadt für 1€toll.
Das Hotel kann man auf jeden Fall empfehlen,wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Café da manhã maravilhoso. Quarto amplo e confortável. Mas alguns quartos sem acessibilidade. Os hotéis do complexo deveruam alertar sobre os degraus escorregadios para entrar no mar. Eu escorreguei quando fui colocar o pé na água, se fosse algum idoso poderia acontecer um acidente feio. A piscina com hidromassagem é maravilhosa, principalmente no pôr do sol incrível e com vista para o mar.

Everything was excellent, only small remark would be to have real coffie machine for breakfast instead of powder coffie. Will come again for sure!

Schöne Unterkunft in bester Lage. Vor allem mit Kindern der Auqapark sehr hervorzuheben! Piran zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Check in was remote with little direction or coordination. Unloading luggage was not ideal due to location of desk distance to remote check in. Unsure of where to go so had to handling luggage was difficult. Remote parking some ways away and uphill. Could use better staffing support at check in and out. Shower drain was slow and water door did not seal properly causing significant water on bathroom floor. No elevators made it difficult to move luggage and inconvenient to get to and from rooms

The hotel at face value is comfortable and the rooms are well made and the bathrooms are a good size, and from what I could see every room has a little balcony/outside area. However at the premium prices the hotel charges I am not surprised by this. This is where most the pleasantries stop. Upon arrival the first hidden charge you will find is the inclusive parking. Whilst there is parking included it is limiters to one small lot and the top level of a multi story, and both of these are more than likely full to the point of people parking on the ledges and in the middle of lot in any space they can find. Sehr schön Hotelanlage! Die Zimmer super modern und sauber. Einziger Nachteil für mich war das Frühstück, große Auswahl für eine riesige Menschenmasse . Quantität statt Qualität.

We get upgrade to Histrion hotel and our room was with a fantastic view. Hotel has a very nice swimming pools with sea water. The only downside is the fact that you need to pay for the beds at the beach. But for the rest very nice hotel and very good quality of food in general in Slovenia.

Schönes Hotelresort mit einer sehr guten Lage, direkt zwischen Piran und Portoroz.
Der ganze Komplex ist sehr beeindruckend, mit eigenen kleinen Hafen im Inneren und einer eigenen Einkaufsmeile mit Bars und Restaurants. Man fühlt sich Abends fast wie in einer eigenen kleinen Stadt.
Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, mit Balkon und sehr sauber.

Really lovely complex of hotels.
Loads of good things, service, friendliness.
Bad side was noise, our room was above bar and the insulation was ok but not great. However, there were a herd of elephants above us at 0530. Really disappointed as I had a very long drive ahead.
Staff are excellent. Note, cocktails are limited if you don’t like vodka. Only rum was Captain Morgans.
Breakfast buffet was great, busy around 9 with kids so avoid that time - very close to scalding one flitting around in flip flops. They say it opens at 7, but they must love keeping people waiting as it was 7:05, we were all standing like idiots. (I secretly thinking they were just laughing at us!!)
I would definitely go back, the room was lovely.

Schönes großes Zimmer, wie im Internet beschreiben. FST ist eher eine „Massenabfertigung“ da viele dazugehörigen Häuser hier frühstücken…
Wir waren nur eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp da; im Grunde aber zu empfehlen.

Super Hotelanlage, perfekt gelegen, sodass Piran und Portoroz fußläufig erreichbar sind.

Wir wurden in der Vila Nimfa untergebracht, top Zimmer! Alles neuwertig eingerichtet.
Obwohl wir eigentlich ein 5er Zimmer gebucht hatten, haben wir ein Upgrade auf 2 Schlafräume und einen Wohnraum (mit Schlafsofa), über Zwischentüren verbunden, erhalten! 2 Balkone waren auch dabei, Richtung Garten, mit Abendsonne.

Das Schwimmbad (inklusive!) hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Kombiniert mit dem Außenbereich (kostenfreie Liegen) können das Meer sowie Innenbecken genutzt werden. Unsere Kinder liebten die Abwechslung.

Das Essen (Frühstück sowie Abendessen) war sehr abwechslungsreich und immer frisch und lecker. Uns haben die Fischgerichte immer sehr gut gefallen!

Die umliegenden Strände sind alle mit Stein / Beton eingefasst, was aber bekannt war. Uns hat es nicht gestört, für kleine Kinder ist es aus meiner Sicht aber eher ungeeignet, da es direkt ins tiefe Wasser geht. Die Liegen sind hier gegen Gebühr zu nutzen.

In der gesamten Hotelanlage gibt es kostenfreies WLAN.

Ingesamt ein super Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hotel is fine but charging over €20 per day for sun beds isn’t. Someone should tell the breakfast staff to cheer up as well.

Habitación reformada, amplia y cómoda.
El desayuno, bien, correcto.
Las tumbonas de la piscina y la “playa” son de pago. Si quieres, te puedes tumbar sobre el duro suelo.
Sólo en la piscina cubierta hay una terraza con tumbonas gratis.
Te cobran una tasa por hacerte el check-in, además de la tasa turística. Nunca había visto una tasa por hacer el check-in.
