Great price
Pros:

Great price.
We had three separate nights and two of them we received a larger room, that was really spacious and the one overlooking the street was quite beautiful.
The staff was friendly. The first night we received a free glass of wine.
For 2 of the 3 nights we could park for free in front of the hotel, for the other nights there was parking spot closeby, for only 6000 ARS.
Beautiful garden with pool.

Cons:

A bit farther from the city center: 20 min walks.
The first room was a bit small and the paint was peeling. However, the hotel is very cheap and it was clean.
The scrambled eggs of the breakfast were reheated.

NO SE RELACIONA EL PRECIO (FORTUNA) CON LO QUE OFRECEN
Pros:

El personal super amable, dispuestos, y atentos. El desayuno aceptable, no es un 10, podria ser mejor por lo que cobran. Tema camas, super incomodas, los colchones super desarmados, la primer noche tuvimos que solicitar cambio de sabanas porque nos picaba todo el cuerpo. Podrian mejorar un monton de cosas, la pileta super sucia, la usamos un solo dia, de 11 que fuimos. El hotel es hermoso, pero le falta mantenimiento e inversion, se nota la buena onda, pero cobrar un millon y medio y no tener pileta limpia con un calor terrible no es compatible.

Cons:

sabanas que parecian sucias, sentias en el colchon bichos, acaros, la pileta sucia de 11 dias, solo se pudo disfutar un dia que la limpiaron, el desayuno pobre, rico pero pobre, podria ser mas generoso. Los empeados un 10, escuchamos hablar a los dueños y se quejaban de la poca gente que iba, falta inversion ahi, no todo es ganancia, pongale plata y levanten el hotel que es hermoso.

Buen Hotel para corta estadía
Pros:

El hotel es antiguo pero se encuentra en buenas condiciones. Lo mejor es la cercania a la calle Balcarce donde se encuentran muchos restaurantes y peñas. El desayuno es simple pero sabroso.

Cons:

Pagamos más por una habitacion superior y nos Dana à la Calle y habia muchisimo trafico. La piscina estaba sucia y las reposaderas rotas, nada que ver con las fotos.

Sichere Unterkunft, freundliches Personal, vernachlässigte Einrichtung
Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel wirkt sicher und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir mochten sehr, dass es als Familienunternehmen geführt wird, das gibt es so selten! Alles alltägliche im Zimmer war zwar gereinigt, aber es wäre definitiv eine Grundreinigung nötig, die Wände und vor allem das Kopfteil vom Bett einmal ordentlich reinigt, da diese Dinge vernachlässigt wurden. Handtücher waren ausgefranst und der Vorhang am Fenster hatte ein großes Loch - alles nicht schlimm aber leicht zu vermeiden, wenn man sich kümmern würde. Alles in allem ist es kein 4-Sterne Hotel aber die Atmosphäre ist sicher und freundlich, daher haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung aber kein Highlight. Das Zimmer braucht einen Deep-Clean und Reparaturen.
