La atención del personal excelente, tuvimos que cambiar las fechas y muy atentos, bien predispuestos. El desayuno muy bien al igual que la ubicación. No tiene cochera pero el personal nos indicó una a la vuelta así que excelente también.

He estado varias veces en el hotel Carlos V. Excelente ubicación y buena relación precio calidad. Desayuno exquisito y variado. Habitación muy tranquila y cómoda además de amplia. WiFi muy buena y sin cortes abruptos. Lo recomiendo.

La cama super grande y el colchón era un sueño de bueno. La ubicación excelente, y sobre todo el trato educado y amable del personal del hotel.

La ubicación del Hotel es excelente para aquellos turistas que son nuevos en la ciudad puesto que queda en pleno centro, esta rodeada de lugares para comer y lugares para visitar. Hay un descuento del 20% en el restaurante para los huéspedes, te salva mucho las papas. El desayuno esta incluido y es muy abundante!
