Good for a short stay
Pros:

The staff is helpful. Location pretty close to the beach and some restaurants. Room cleaning everyday.

I hated it
Pros:

I only liked the location of the property

Cons:

I didn’t like how the air conditioning did not work in the room. I also was not told i could not use the towels on my dyed hair. I use white towels myself and every time i was my towels with bleach the stain comes out but they told me they can not wash the stains out and took $50 from me. I’m very disappointed.

I would never stay there again
Pros:

The only thing that I liked about this place was it was convenient

Cons:

It was really run down it was outdated the staff was very rude. I walked Up. She was on the phone. I stood there for a good six minutes. She never bothered to acknowledge me standing there or anything not just a moment. I’ll be with you. Nothing very unprofessional.

Great stay and very accessible and convenient. Makes a great hotel for a 1-3 day stay.
Pros:

I liked the convenience of the hotel to the beach and also how many food places or just things to do it was surrounded by.

Cons:

There really wasn’t much that I could complain about.

Muy lindo hotel!
Pros:

Lindo hotel en pleno South Beach! Muy amable la atención de sus recepcionistas. A 2/3 cuadras de la playa. Nos prestaban sombrilla para ir. Y dan toallas de playa también. Además siempre hay agua caliente y café en la recepción.

Très bon accueil et emplacement, chambre à améliorer
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, à proximité de la plage. La réceptionniste était très gentille et accueillante. Le personnel était également très réactif : chaque fois que nous avions besoin de quelque chose, nous l’obtenions rapidement, que ce soit des serviettes de toilette supplémentaires ou un nouveau coffre-fort lorsque le nôtre ne fonctionnait pas. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié la possibilité de faire le check-in en avance, ainsi que de pouvoir laisser nos valises à l’hôtel avant le check-in ou après le check-out. Les serviettes de plage sont fournies gratuitement, ce qui est très pratique. Le café à volonté, disponible gratuitement toute la journée, est un vrai plus. Le rooftop est également très sympa et agréable. Les lits étaient confortables.

Cons:

Nous avons malheureusement eu une chambre adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite, avec une salle de bain assez vétuste et peu agréable : accessoires pour les handicapés, peinture qui s’écaille, pommeau de douche qui ne fonctionnait pas et aucun véritable espace pour poser nos affaires de toilette. La chambre était au rez-de-chaussée, sans vue et directement contre le mur du bâtiment voisin. La climatisation située à proximité était extrêmement bruyante toute la nuit, même lorsque nous ne l’utilisions pas, au point que j’ai dû dormir avec des boules Quies. La télévision fonctionnait également mal. Enfin, pour une chambre pour trois personnes, il n’y avait pas suffisamment de sièges : seulement un tabouret et une petite table. La chambre aurait besoin d’être rénovée et mieux équipée (en dessous de nos attentes).
