Todo muy lindo ,la atención impecable,el desayuno riquísimo y el hotel un lujo
El lugar frente, al lago
Insólitamente dieron de baja la, reserva qué tome por booking y le echaron la culpa a booking... Cuando fueron ellos los únicos Responsables... Es un disparate que hagan eso...incluso sin avisar al cliente ni a booking... Es una irresponsabilidad total, porque uno puede llegar tarde y encontrarse que no tiene habitación es una complicación muy grave....

El circuito hidrico, hermosisima la vista a la bahia y la excelente atencion del personal, Cata en recepcion, Marcos en la pileta, las chicas del comedor, las de limpieza, todas super amables.

Lo q no me gusto fue no poder quedarme mas dias
La piscina a muy buena temperatura, todo muy silencioso y relajado, todo limpio y el personal muy amable.
El unico ruido molesto era que se escuchaban ruidos en la noche en el techo, al parecer ratones pero al ser en la naturaleza es posible, nada dentro del hotel obviamente. Lo otro es que un dia estaban limpiando las canaletas del techo y no nos avisaron, por lo que nosotros teniamos las cortinas abiertas y las personas que estaban limpiando nos vieron, por lo menls estabamos vestidos correctamente

Had an amazing stay! From the very first WhatsApp message to check-in, Mirian made everything seamless. She even surprised us with a free upgrade to a beautiful room with a balcony that we absolutely loved. Mirian was also ready to help with the wifi because I had an important call to attend… thank you Mirian for the outstanding service!
She also helped us easily book massages, and the therapist was fantastic. The location couldn’t be better; stunning views over Bahía Manzano, truly unforgettable.
The warm indoor/outdoor pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing at any time. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, and everything was spotless.
Honestly, it was a perfect stay. I only wish we had stayed longer. We’ll definitely be back!

Mejorar y aclarar que es lo que paga cada persona, yo alquile una habitación con hidromasaje me dijeron x la web que tenía y cuando llegue no tenía

La ubicación, el spa, la tranquilidad y el silencio de la zona.
El wifi en la habitación no era del todo bueno para el uso de la televisión.
La vista
La limpieza de la habitación , había un colgador en el piso debajo de la silla , el jacuzzy con pelos.
La hora de salida es a las 10am , si uno va a descansar y paga un valor no tan económico y tienes que levantarte a las 9 de la mañana no tiene mucho sentido el descanso.
