Pros:

The hotel is lovely and the staff were fabulous. They let me check in early too. The location of the hotel is great as it is a short walk to everything.

Cons:

The bed was really uncomfortable. It seems the mattress hasn't been turned for a while so there were curves in it where people have been sleeping. My room was also beside the lifts so there was a constant noise. Apart from that, I have no complaints at all.

Cons:

moquette. Avevamo specificato nella richiesta due camere senza moquette causa allergia alla polvere ma entrambe le camere avevano la moquette. La colazione gli ultimi due giorni aveva un'offerta più limitata.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. It’s also a pet-friendly hotel.

The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was truly enjoyable with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hotel also features a small but cozy swimming pool area with saunas, which was a nice place to relax.

Although the hotel is located a bit far from the central square, it was not a major issue. There is a hop-on hop-off tourist bus stop right in front of the hotel entrance, making it easy to get around. Additionally, there is a large shopping center nearby where you can conveniently buy food, clothes, and other essentials.

Overall, a great experience—we would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

After first night strings came out from mattress and we asked to change it, it was done.
Reception agreed to let us checked out later, also we stored our luggage on the storage room. Breakfest was also ok but it could be more products for vegetation’s and who does not eat milk priducts( soya milk was offered), and I asked about porridge and lady prepared it for me. So we really appreciated attitude!!
