Bardzo dobre, ja dostawałam specjalnie bułki bezglutenowe i ciastka więc byłam zadowolona, personel bardzo pomocny

Cons:

Ein Aufzug war ohne Betrieb was die Wartezeit auf den anderen Aufzug verlängerte. Das Bett welches als Queensize Bett bezeichnet wurde ist vielleicht 180cm breit...definitiv kein queensize...

Lovely hotel would stay again
Pros:

The staff had beautifully presented our room. Unfortunately due to long delays and systems going down at border control meant we couldn't enjoy it as much as we wanted. The room was presented well, the pool was a little small but it was quiet so could enjoy it. Location is beautiful and we did enjoy our stay

Cons:

We thought we had a queen bed as requested but it was two single beds, couldn't work the TV and no iron.

A pleasant stay meeting all of our requirements. Will be returning
Pros:

The location is great!! A lovely outside area for dining. Swimming and spa facilities are an added bonus. Good value for money. Hop on hop off bus every 15 minutes is superb.
Staff accommodated a pack up breakfast for our early excursion pick up.

Cons:

We didn’t dislike anything!!!

Pros:

Smaczne i różnorodne śniadania. Dobra lokalizacja, hotel znajduje się przy samej Galerii Kazimierz, a na rynek/dworzec można dojechać w kilka minut tramwajem. Pyszne jedzenie i drinki w restauracji hotelowej. Kameralny basen i strefa wellness, z ograniczeniami co do ilości osób.

Cons:

Za mało pracowników w Spa w stosunku co do gości hotelowych i niezbyt ambitna obsługa hotelowa. Byłyśmy zainteresowane masażami, ale niestety nie było już miejsc. Pani z obsługi nie była tym zbytnio przejęta i mimo naszego niezadowolenia nawet nie próbowała nam nic innego zaproponować, tak żebyśmy jednak nie wyszły z niczym. Uważam, że obsługa hotelu 4 gwiazdkowego powinna być bardziej zaangażowana w swoją pracę, bo przecież głównie na tym opiera się hotel. Gdy gość czuje się zaopiekowany i dobrze obsługiwany to chce do takiego miejsca wracać, a tutaj niestety jest odwrotnie, mimo wielu plusów samego "budynku".
