- pool area is beautiful
- the pool area was small for a 6 floor hotel (it was so crowded once, that they didn't even let me in)
- the elevators are very slow, and there are only 2 (again, for a 6 floor hotel!!) and only with one of them you can go to the spa, but you cannot choose which one to call. So sometimes I waited 5-6 mins
- very loud neighbors, but luckily only for 1 night
- no fried eggs at the breakfast
Czysto w pokoju. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Ogromny plus za śniadanie. Duży wybór, dużo jedzenia, uzupełniane bardzo szybko. Blisko do galerii "Kazimierz", licznych knajpek, do deptaku nad Wisłą, i starówki.
The rooms were specious well equipped and maintained. Bottle water filler on our floor. Big mall near to the hotel. River walk nearby. Good distance to center.
Only one elevator was in servis during our stay. Crowded at breakfast. Didn't try the spa looked also crowded and smell of chlor was too strong.

Różnorodność w śniadaniu, pyszna kawa, przesympatyczny personel-byli bardzo wyrozumiali do naszego maleństwa, które rozpłakało się podczas meldowania.. :(
W basenie ciepła woda, pomieścił dosłownie wszystkich.
Mega wygodne łóżka 😍
Szkoda, że basen był do 19:30 mimo, że była informacja na recepcji, że jest do 20:00.
