The location was excellent, the facilities were good. Staff helpful as well.

Uitstekend hotel, prima locatie!
Pros:

Personeel is heel vriendelijk. Tijdens ons vorige verblijf hadden wij een klacht over de kamer en dat is uiterst serieus genomen en ruimschoots vergoed. Echt top! Daardoor zijn we teruggekomen en hebben we genoten van de inmiddels sfeervolle vernieuwde inrichting!

Estancia corta por emergencia familiar
Pros:

La recepcionista Marina, ha hecho que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta, resolvió cada inconveniente que se nos presentó y no solo eso si no que también nos hizo un upgrade y dió todas las facilidades que estaban en su mano para que nuestra estadía fuera lo más placentera posible , la habitación era preciosa y tenía todo lo que se necesita

Labai malonus aptarnavimas, visada susitikus buvo paklausiama ar nieko netrūksta, ar viskas tinka. Administracijoje maloniai atsakydavo į pateiktus klausimus. Susiejimas su centru patogus. Esame labai patenkintos apgyvendinimu 🙂

Fabulous stay in a beautiful hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel is being renovated and the entrance & bar area is stunning. We stayed in the newly refurbished rooms & they were amazing. Staff are extremely friendly & helpful. Although there is still work ongoing, it did not disturb us at all, only taking place during working hours & on one floor, not an issue at all.

Pros:

Habitaciones pequeñas, pero cómodas. El desayuno mejoró mientras estábamos ahí e incluyeron más opciones de comida, sanas, ricas y diversas. Hay estaciones de tram cerca del hotel por lo que es fácil conectarte al centro y a zonas de museos. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca y supermercados por si se necesita cualquier cosa

Cons:

La frecuencia de limpieza de habitaciones hizo todo un poco más complicado.

Good location and service.
Pros:

Good size room with high ceilings. Good sized Terrace. Breakfast was good. Plenty of restaurants around the area and good connections into the centre.

Cons:

There were very loose paving stones on the terrace. There was construction noise from the floor above during the day. We did complain about this as there was no notice of construction when booking the hotel or upon check-in.
