breakfast was great
Virkelig imødekommende og dejligt personale, hurtig svar når man sender beskeder, og vi havde en lille fejring og selvom det var med kort varsel så formåede personalet at forbedre en lille overraskelse på værelset.
Der var vejarbejde lige uden for hotellet men personalet skrev hvordan vi kom frem både med offentlig transport og med taxa da det kunne påvirke trafikken.
Ben collegato con aeroporto grazie alla linea ferroviaria diretta. Ben collegato anche con la stazione centrale dei treni sempre con treno diretto e frequente. Al momento del nostro soggiorno e fino a fine 2027 nella zona ci sono dei lavori in corso e quindi il tram non ferma davanti all'hotel ma bisogna fare 5-10 minuti a piedi. Colazione ben fornita, ottima e varia dal dolce al salato. Letto grande e comodo, bagno moderno e pulito. Grande cabina armadio. Ottimo il servizio di noleggio bici a prezzi direi in linea con quelli della città che ci ha permesso di muoverci per tutta Amsterdam senza mezzi pubblici. Specifico visto le recensioni precedenti che il servizio di pulizia e cambio asciugamani giornaliero della stanza è incluso ma va espressamente richiesto entro le ore 10:00 della mattina come ci ha ben spiegato il personale al nostro arrivo. Se non si richiede non passano. Noi per due notti non lo abbiamo trovato necessario e siamo stati benissimo.
Il profumo dei corridoi delle camere non era di mio gradimento. Anche se non è gestito dall'hotel direttamente, le fasce orario possibile per il noleggio bici sono un po' rigide.

Ikke ved selve overnattingsstedet, men veiarbeidet utenfor medførte en lengre, krevende vei til kollektivtransport - noe som var uheldig for oss med 3 barn i følget!

The refurb has made this great hotel even better, the only slight negative would be to that the comfy seating area outside needs updating and screening off from the restaurant

Het was een prachtig hotel en prachtige hotelkamer. Het personeel hielp ons bij elke vraag die we hadden en was heel vriendelijk. Wij waren zeer tevreden.
Wij hadden een kamer voor 3 personen en kwamen binnen in een kamer met slechte 1 groot bed. We vroegen dan waar het 3de bed was, en dat bleek een zetel die nog uitgeklapt moest worden te zijn. Een zetel is geen bed, ookal werd er een matras en slaapspullen op gelegd. Voor zo een chique hotel had ik beter verwacht.
Das Frühstück war gut- wurde vom Rezeptionisten zwar als überragend und riesig angekündigt aber ich habe durchaus schon viel größere und reichhaltigere gesehen. Da gäbe es einige Verbesserungen. Im Zimmer fehlen Haken im Badezimmer
