Ok but didn't like the location
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable beds

Cons:

No kettle, tea and coffee in the room.
No pool towels provided, had to pay and leave a deposit.
No car park or car access to hotel doors.
Pools very crowded and not enough loungers plus very few sun umbtellas
Location very busy

Gluten free food disappointing 😞.
Pros:

The hotel was central, reception and bar area very comfortable seating and beautifully decorated lovely clean bedrooms,and all general areas of hotel spotless ,majority of staff very helpful

Cons:

As someone that is coeliac I found the layout and labeling of food a disaster some food that was actually gf not labelled as such so was constantly asking to speak to a chef about the food for all meals, the only option that was labeled as gf consistently was chips and fried tomato, every other meal I had to ask was such and such gf, Not once did any of the chefs show me what was gf unless i specifically asked about a certain dish ...No gf bread or cereal area I asked for gf bread on first morning and the waiter brought some but was emptying the bread into the basket of regular bread until I stopped him ...no gf deserts on offer anywhere, until I found a fridge in the corner with gf ice cream on second last day.Their should be more awareness among staff about allergens and the labelling of food should be clear so no need for second guessing whether food was safe to eat.. so for this experience alone I wouldn't recommend for anyone thats coeliac.
