Heel fijn hotel op een goede locatie met zeer lieve mensen, een heerlijk bed, een warme douche (met een fijne straal) en een enorm uitgebreid ontbijt op het zonnige dakterras.
Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis! Wahnsinnig nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende! Tolles Frühstück auf der Rooftop Terrasse! Fußgängig zur wunderschönen Altstadt von Arequipa! Zudem konnte ich meinen Koffer gratis und sicher einstellen, während meines Aufenthaltes im Colca Canyon!

Personnel accueillant et arrangeant. Chambre calme et spacieuse. Nous avons un petit déjeuner à emporter car nous sommes partis tôt. Le chambre était propre et bien équipée.

Staff is super nice and helpful, breakfast is excellent and the place is cute. We extended our stay in Arequipa and stayed in two different rooms during our stay - second one (double) was excellent.
The first room we stayed in (ground floor) was a bit moldy - big difference from the nice second room (double) we stayed in, worth to upgrade to that.

The breakfast was very good. The location was ok. It was near a busy road which created a lot of traffic, even on the small street the hotel is located on.
I booked a Colca Canyon trek for 3 days in the afternoon to leave in 1 1/2 days and paid in full. The next morning they told me the tour wasn't going but couldn't refund the credit card fee. They made it right by paying the credit card fee in cash. I appreciated their effort but I think they need to only book tours and take payment for verified tours

Łóżko małżeńskie jest bardzo małe, hotel generalnie jest głośny, jest pokój z oknem wychodzącym na recepcję więc jeśli dostaniesz taki pokój nie śpisz. W Peru wszyscy trąbią pokoje nie są wygłuszone więc jeśli dostaniesz pokój wychodzący na ulicę możesz mieć kłopot, choć trzeba dodać, że akurat ten hotel na część pokoi wychodząca na w miarę spokojny park
Fijne kamer en vriendelijk personeel. Lekker dakterras. Ontbijt was lekker en goed geregeld.
De kamer was heel vochtig. Kleding droogde hierdoor niet goed.

En las duchas no hay mucha presión de agua, lo que hace que se demore mucho en calentar, y ya estando caliente, no hay como ponerla tibia fácil. Entonces la ducha es o muy fría o muy caliente
