Great value, great staff, great stay!
Pros:

Nice breakfast, very kind staff, location is good, but due to recent flooding, many of the nearby roads were closed, so was awkward to call/get dropped off by ubers/indrive. Really enjoyed our stay, clean, nice views and overall a good time!

Cons:

Having to hand in key whenever leaving the hotel, not a big deal but a little annoying.

Bonne adresse idéalement située dans le centre.
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal. L’eau chaude et le café à disposition toute la journée. Le roof top pour le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Je n’ai pas trop aimé le petit déjeuner. 4 options au choix, bof bof. Je préfère quand c’est un buffet et qu’on peut se servir soi-«même.

La comida, la atención, la limpieza, todo eso estuvo excelente.

Cons:

La ducha, no sé si será en todas las habitaciones pero en la que me tocó calentaba al dar la caliente a tope y está tenía mucha presión, llegaba a doler en zonas sensibles, se podia regular para bajarla y que estuviera tibia pero costaba mucho tiempo, prueba y error con el agua fría, a veces se calentaba a tope y otras veces se enfriaba a tope, fue todo un tema el encontrar un punto decente, a veces al estar bien luego de un rato o se calentaba o enfriaba de la nada.

Great hotel with very friendly staff
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and kind, helping and giving support every time it was needed! The breakfast was very good and balanced! Even during the days I had to leave before the breakfast, they prepared some food so I could take it and eat by myself! It is not too far away from the city center, taking around 10 minutes to reach Plaza de Armas.

Excelente relacion calidad precio. El personal siempre disponible para ayudarte en lo que necesites. Esta a pocas cuadras del centro y en frente a un parque. El desayuno muy completo

Cons:

Yo estaba al fondo y era un poco ruidoso por la mañana, cuando comenzaba a haber tráfico en la calle de atrás, que es transitada. Pero creo que, si solicitan una habitación que dé al frente, es mucho más tranquilo.
