Schönes Hotel etwas außerhalb des Zentrums in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, aber trotzdem die Stadt gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Gemütliches Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Service freundlich und helfen sofort bei Problemen. Gepäckaufbewahrung möglich.
Im Park nebenan wird es tagsüber ziemlich laut, und auch nachts sind die Gänse aktiv und können einem mit leichtem Schlaf etwas stören.
The hotel is clean and the staff are nice. The breakfast is ok and they store your luggage when you go for a tour.
I book the 2 days 1 night Colca Canyon trek with the hotel and I should have choose my own tour operator. The breakfast and meals was less than basic and we were rushed often. By example, on the first morning I was the last to enter the bus and I didn’t have time to place my bag on the upper shelf, I was still standing when the bus driver started abruptly. I was able to hold on , thanks to my legs but I had a strained neck for a few days. Not cool but the hotel has nothing to do with this incident.

Staff was kind and helpful. Location is good - short walk to historic center without noise at night.
The shower was very hard to use. There are big fluctuations in both water temperature and pressure.

So many good reviews, I thought I couldn’t go wrong here. Couples be aware:
- the bed is super small! In with and length for taller people
- it’s very noisy next to the car road!
- the shower has insane pressure, and after 2 minutes we were up to our ankles in the water
Cheap yes, would I ever go back? Definitely not!

Box de banho apertado demais para banho. Falta de tapete para secar os pés na saída do chuveiro. Carpete pelo quarto que cheira coisa velha e mofada.
Personal is very friendly and helped us a lot with booking the Colca Canyon tour. The room was big with nice beds and bathroom was good.
Breakfast was really delicious and outstanding for this price.
Bathroom doesn’t dry easily after showering
The staff was amazingly helpful with everything we needed. And the breakfast was excellent.
