Location was perfect, accommodation was sooo clean, staff were lovely and super helpful when we had early check outs, can’t fault this place. Have been travelling South America 6 weeks and this place was the best by far

L'hôtel nous a envoyé un lien avant notre arrivée pour payer la chambre, et a insisté pour que l'on paie avant afin de garantir la chambre, ce que nous avons fini par faire. A notre arrivée, j'ai dû débattre avec la personne à l'accueil qui voulait nous faire payer alors que nous avions déjà payé en ligne. Attention à ne pas vous faire avoir et payer deux fois.
La chambre n'avait pas de vraie fenêtre mais une espèce de vitres qui donnait sur l'accueil, odeur de renfermé dans la chambre.

We had a great stay here. The bed was comfortable, shower was hot and there was plenty of storage space for our things. The breakfast was excellent.
We were grateful to store our big luggage for free while going to Colca canyon.
Everything was within walking distance (5-20min via Google maps).
We booked a room with a balcony but it turned out the balcony was shared between 2 rooms and there was no furniture (chairs or table) on it to enjoy the space.
Some of the rooms had "windows" that opened up into the stairwell/main area. Not an issue for us but we would have not wanted to be there due to noise transfer and other guests being able to see within our room.
Het personeel was enorm top en boven verwachting. Erg behulpzaam, erg vriendelijk, kortom ongeveer het beste personeel mogelijk.
Daarnaast was de rest gewoon in ieder geval naar verwachting.
De douche duurde 10 minuten om warm te worden en zelfs op de laatste dag kwamen er alleen druppels uit.
Personál ochotný, mily, pokoj čistý a voňavý. Snídaně nejlepší, co jsme v Peru měly. Vřele doporučujeme!!!

Les travaux de la rue parallèle engendraient un trafic monstre qui provoquait un bruit horrible.

Kambarys rūsyje, smarvė pelėsio, langas neatsidaro, nėra oro, vėdinimo. Drėgmė. Iš čiaupo kriauklėje vanduo beveik nebėga. Personalas visiškai nešneka angliškai. Labai triukšminga vieta. Visiškai neatitinka kainos kokybės santykio. Nerekomenduoju.
