Pros:

Nos cambiaron el hotel, l( cuando estabamos en la puerta..nos mandaron a otro)de cama doble pasamos a 2 camitas individuales,nos cobraron extra el estacionamiento y tampoco tenian cupo para cenar...un fiazco...en el frigo decía 2 aguas ( había 1) y la lampara del velador titilando, la desenrroscamos.-el resto muy bien, muy gentiles, calefacción- refrigeración muy bien, limpieza muy bien, acústica Excelente.

Pros:

Todo bien! Lo único para criticar es que el desayuno lo sirvieron en el cuarto para evitar el contacto con gente cuando en el auditorio había una convención.

La habitacion en la que me hospedé era muy amplia y silenciosa. Muy conforme, como punto a ver es l temperatura. Afuera hacía mucho frio y en la habit mucho calor y no se podía regular, por lo que abriamos la ventana para refrescar

La habitación muy cómoda. El personal muy agradables, aunque el recibimiento no fue el adecuado. Llegué con el taxi y mis maletas, nos estacionamos al frente acristalado del hotel y nadie salió a recibirnos para ayudarme con las maletas

Pros:

El estacionamiento queda en otro espacio fisico y se debe abonar por separado. Tuvieron muy buena disposición para cambiarnos de habitación por un error en la reserva.
