Pros:

I booked The Loft apartment for my sister and her family. However the day before the arrival I was informed that it was not ready and the property changed the accommodation. While I was initially disappointed, the guest relations team (Roy), went above and beyond to offer comparable accommodation. My sister and her family felt very welcome and enjoyed their stay.

Great value, walking distance to old town and beyond but away from the crowds
Pros:

Lovely old hotel with friendly helpful staff. Great location, walkable to all major locations with lots of bars and restaurants 5 minutes away. Good value for a Prague Easter weekend.

Pros:

Großes Zimmer mit hohen Decken in einem schönen Altbau. Prachtvoller Eingangsbereich. Nähe Muzeum, alles fusläufig erreichbar

Struttura elegante in location strategica
Pros:

Grandezza stanza, stile, location strategica. Bidet! Non scontato fuori dall'Italia. (Anche se non presente un dispenser del sapone vicino)

Cons:

Polvere sotto il letto, cattivo odore dallo scarico della doccia. Costo colazione eccessivo per quello che avremmo utilizzato quindi abbiamo preferito optare per le Bakery in zona. Ma per chi fa colazione abbondante salata può essere congrua. Non posso recensire la qualità non avendone usufruito.

La atención del staff. De Roy y sobretodo de Sofi, profesional y eficaz.

Cons:

El sistema de TV de la habitación era muy antiguo. Solo disponen de un tipo de almohada.

大変便利な場所にありました。フロントも手際が良かったです。

Would stay here again as the hotel was lovely. The above points I made wouldn’t put me off staying again
Pros:

The room was big and airy. Good sized bed. The staff were polite and helpful.
The hotel had a lot of ornate interior decor that gave it good character.

Cons:

Bedside plugs would have been helpful and a small mirror near the bedroom plug for when I had my straighteners on.
There was only one very flat pillow each and one more would have made a big difference .
