Excellent hotel. the only drawback was the lack of air conditioning
Pros:

I was very pleased with the service. The woman who welcomed me after my long flight was kind, friendly, and made me feel very welcome.

The room was large, spacious, and exceptionally clean.

The only downside was that the room did not have air conditioning. Although this is mentioned in the room description on Bookin , I don’t feel it is highlighted clearly enough. As a result, I had a very poor night’s sleep.

Cons:

Air conditioning is essential at the end of June. There was a fan in the room, but it was not enough. Guests for whom air conditioning is important should take this into consideration before booking

Pros:

Une très grande chambre et salle de bain, très confortable. Hôtel bien situé tout près du métro et du musée national, à 10 minutes à pied du Pont Charles. Rues calmes autour de l'hôtel, pas de bruit.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est peu intéressant.

Всё в номере было, что нужно.

Great location, lovely staff, amenities slightly subpar
Pros:

Beautiful entrance, great location. Lots of great bars nearby and easy to walk to old town. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very friendly.

Cons:

No aircon in the first room we stayed in and the shower was just a handheld shower head in the bath.
We switched to the loft room which had aircon and a proper shower, although the shower was a bit blocked so the water would fill up quite fast

Pros:

The air conditioning in the room at least made it bearable.

Cons:

This is NOT a place to stay for a business traveler. There isn't even a desk at which to work -- giant cavernous room, including bathroom, but very few amenities. I arrived late the evening before a very important meeting the next morning; immediately upon check-in I requested an iron (there was nothing in the room). I was told there was no spare iron in the hotel, but to check again in the morning. I checked again the next morning and received the same answer. I was told that the day staff would be coming in 20 minutes and to return to the front desk (among the list of absent amenities in the room is a PHONE - no way to call the front desk so I had to keep going up and down 5 flights). I was finally told that when housekeeping arrived, they would come to my room. No one came to my room. I was desperate and couldnt afford going to a meeting wrinkly in 90+ degree heat. Only a few hours later I received a booking.com email from management saying they didnt have one, and that next time I should request one sooner. What is sooner than immediately upon check-in? This hotel is basic. Terrible for any sort of business travel, and terrible for amenities. I will know for next time, and would rather stay in a non-descript chain hotel, rather than test what look like interesting and appealing boutique hotels like this.

Pros:

Great hotel. Close to main shops and sights.

Cons:

Parking....none of note outside ...you'll be lucky to drop your luggage off.

Receptionist didn't help....provide you with a list of parking areas is as about as good as it gets...."we're not in a position to book you in to one" was the initial response...then expect YOU to know where the parking areas are having just arrived.

After an hour I finally got back to the hotel having parked up 25 minutes walk away.

Don't use this hotel if you have a car.
