Stayed in hotels across 11+ countries in Europe & Deminka Palace is my favourite 11/10.
Pros:

The location was perfect - a short walk from the main train station and old town, and near so many amenities and restaurants. The team at Deminka Palace are so kind and go above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. The room is fantastic and was exceptionally clean.

Cons:

Honestly I can’t think of anything. Check-in was very easy, walking around the neighbourhood felt very safe and having a 24 hour reception was a great comfort for us.

I would go back, great value for money
Pros:

great customer service at the front desk, able to print a football ticket for me and also store our luggage. nice photogenic entrance when you walk through the front door.

Cons:

i didnt like that i didnt get to redeem my free drink welcome voucher, regarding the property it was really nice.

завтрак и работники кухни абсолютно не рады своей работе. девочка которая работает на кухне спросила не студент ли я (мне 40 и на студента я не похож) и сказала что на меня ей «пофиг» - она ждет студентов.

еда на завтраке холодная, вчерашняя включая жареные яйца. в блинах сырое тесто, а овощи покрыты коркой льда

Lovely city. Hotel let it down..
Pros:

Location was good. Central and walking distances to most things. Nice brunch place very close by and a traditional Czech pub on the corner which had a nice atmosphere.

Cons:

The hotel was undergoing extensive renovations during my stay. Builders were on site from early morning until the evening, with significant noise throughout the day. After raising the issue of being woken early by the building works, I was informed that construction was not supposed to begin before 9:00am. However, the noise regularly started from around 8:00am. Unfortunately, the hotel did not inform us about the ongoing renovations when we arrived.

There was also a considerable amount of dust in various areas as a result of the building works.

The condition of the room itself was also disappointing. The net curtain in my room had clearly not been replaced for a long time — it had turned grey and even had holes in it.

Breakfast was very disappointing. The hot items appeared to have been left sitting for long periods and were not replaced with fresh food. Additionally, one of the teenage staff members working in the breakfast room displayed a poor attitude and seemed far more interested in her phone than attending to guests.

Management also appeared to be absent. I requested that a manager come to speak with me regarding my concerns, but no one ever followed up.

The only positive experience was with Liza at the front desk, who did her best to listen and assist.

Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. It is a shame, as the hotel clearly has the potential to be a very pleasant place to stay once the renovations are complete.

Muy buena experiencia
Pros:

Todo muy limpio y muy bien.
Hotel muy centrico y cerca de todo. Recepcionistas muy simpaticos, Roy y la chica joven que no me acuerdo como se llamaba.

Cons:

Por decir algo, que estaban en obras en nuestra planta 4 pero tampoco se escuchaba ruido desde la habitación

Lokalita je skvělá. Pokoj moc hezký.

Cons:

Snídaně hodně slabá. Byla jsem v 9 h. Volská oka, slanina úplně studené. Jídlo není v gastro nádobách, aby bylo teplé. Meloun byl po kousnutí už špatný.. Na sladké snídaně je výběr větší, i čokoládové bonbóny, ale slaná snídaně je hodně špatná..

Pros:

V hoteli sme boli ubytované s kamarátkou na 3 noci začiatkom marca. Izby boli pohodlné a čisté. Hotel má výbornú polohu, do centra sme chodili peši, je to hneď nad Václavákom. Raňajky boli v pohode. Hneď vedľa hotela je reštaurácia s absolútne perfektnou stravou. Recepčný pán Roy bol veľmi milý a ústretový.

Cons:

V Prahe bolo dosť chladno, na izbách sa dosť kúrilo a kúrenie nebolo možné regulovať. Museli sme otvárať okná. V kúpeľni chýbala ručná sprcha, čo bolo trochu nepohodlné.
