A szállás gyönyörű helyen van, a lokáció kiváló. Családi vállalkozásban működtetik a hotelt. Kedvesek és szolgálatkészek.

Cons:

Érkezésünkkor - ami késő este volt - nem volt más lehetőségünk csak a hotelben étlapról vacsorázni. Sajnos nagyon rossz minőségű ételt kaptunk, elég magas áron. A reggelinél borzasztóan hiányoznak a zöldségek.. nagyon silány a választék. Az egyik szoba ablak nélküli fénytelen volt. A fürdőszoba borzasztóan elhanyagolt nagyon ráférne egy felújítás. A bőrünk tele lett ( főleg a lányomé ) apró viszkető szúró hólyaggal, valószínű éjszaka poloska csípések vagy valami más rovar okozta csípéssel. Az ajtók a falak és az egész szállodában a hangszigetelés egyenlő a nullával. ( minden túlzás nélkül )

la cordialità, la gentilezza, la cortesia di tutti, la pulizia impeccabile, la cura degli ambienti, la posizione.
Sono stati gentilissimi nell'accogliere anche i miei due cagnolini e vi ringrazio in tutto.

Cons:

il costo del parcheggio un pò caro, la colazione potrebbe migliorare , offrono comunque delle brioche molto buone.

Beautiful location with everything you need!
Pros:

We loved our stay in Smeraldo and are SO glad we booked this hotel. It is in Praiano, which in our opinion is far superior to Positano. Not only do you get the full sunset views but you get the view of Positano without the crowds.
Compared to a lot of other Praiano hotels, Smeraldo is very accessible by street level. It has a great swimming hole below, as long as you are OK to walk the 483 stairs.
The restaurant was great and lovely breakfast each morning. We were very happy with our stay.

Cons:

The shower leaked water, the seal needs repairing is all. No other complaints we were very happy.

Pros:

We had an amazing view from our balcony. Staff were amazing and helped us organise a boat trip which was magical. Great location near a bus stop with amazing views over to Positano. Bed was hard, but otherwise room was great. We loved the area and it was better value for money than Positano.

Lovely place to stay
Pros:

Beautiful views from the hotel restaurant. Lovely balcony also with a great view and nice furniture.
Great breakfast selection.
All the staff are very friendly and happy to help with any questions.
Rooms are smallish but fantastically clean.
Praiano is more quiet than some other towns on the coast but still has some lovely restaurants and decent shops.
Nice walk down to the nearest beach but preferred the one a bit further away in Praia which has a better beach for swimming and more food options.

Cons:

Would be nice to have a few more facilities in the room, coffee, tea, water and some proper glasses.

Pros:

The hotel has a fantastic location with breathtaking views over the sea and Positano. Free parking is available. Every detail reflects the spirit of the region, with great attention to every corner of the hotel and the rooms. Everything is very clean and well organized. The food is delicious – the chef cooks in front of you with real passion, even shaping the bread like a heart. The hospitality from the owners and staff is truly outstanding. The bus stop is very close, and they are always ready to help with everything. We enjoyed every moment and it was an excellent choice for our trip to Southern Italy.
