Eine gabz tolle Zeit in hervorragendem Ambiente

Wir haben mehr erwartet
Pros:

Die Unterkunft an sich ist wundervoll , mir alles etwas zu klein für so viele Gäste .
Der Hanggarten ist sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltet und das Essen ist sehr sehr gut .

Cons:

Leider war sie überfüllt bzw. ausgebucht und dem nicht gewappnet
Es fehlte Personal um den Service zu bringen der zu erwarten war und die Hitze hat es sehr unangenehm gestaltet , da das Haus über keinerlei Kühlung / Klimananlage verfügt.
Abendessen in einem Raum ohne Fenster .
Servicepersonal musste eher gerufen werden als dass sie aufmerksam bei uns waren .
Unser Cocktail an der Bar war leider sehr schlecht gemacht , auch hier heillose Überforderung.
Zu dem Preis kann man einfach mehr erwarten .

Perfekte Tage in den Bergen
Pros:

Schöne Alleinlage direkt am Berg und trotzdem nah zum Achensee. Sehr Professionell, Großes Angebot / Programm inclusive (Bikes, Yoga etc.). Sehr schöner Wellness Bereich.

Cons:

Öffnungszeiten der Sauna, Pool und des Fitnessstudios könnten gerne auch etwas länger sein.

Für alle Sinne: DAS Top-Hotel um so richtig zu Entspannen
Pros:

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Für Abwechslung wird stets gesorgt. Zimmer war grosszügig, komfortabel und sehr schön. Frühstück top...sehr vielfältig und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Leider öffnet der SPA Bereich erst um 11 Uhr und es fehlt meiner Meinung nach ein Eisbad resp. Kaltwasser-Pool. WLAN ist im Aussenbereich des Hotels leider etwas schwach...
