My stay was really good. Really good hotel and excellent staff

Not worth the money!
Pros:

The view was great. Nobody was there so it was nice and quiet.
Having a balcony was great, but it was a mess. It looked like it hasn’t been maintained in years! Boards falling off the benches, etc.

Cons:

See above about the balcony. There was a steam shower that didn’t function. The shower head leaked. The shower door more than leaked leading to the bathroom being flooded and the staff seeming indifferent to it all. The light switches include a circuit breaker for the fridge and other lights that when accidentally switched need to be reset by the hotel maintenance staff. The hotel is simply dates, in disarray and definitely not worth of the 340 Euros per night that we paid. Big disappointment for my 25th wedding anniversary trip!

Ηταν όλα υπέροχα
Pros:

Το διήμερο μας, δεν θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερο. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και πάντα πρόθυμο να μας εξυπηρετήσει.
Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος στο καλύτερο σημείο που θα μπορούσε. Εκτός από τη μαγευτική θέα, πας σε όλη την πόλη με τα πόδια.
Δεν μπορούμε να μην αναφέρουμε το πρωινό και το φαγητό, καθώς ήταν πεντανόστιμο.
Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα!

Pros:

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με θέα στο Μπούρτζι. Από τα λίγα ξενοδοχεία που μπορείς να αφήσεις το αυτοκίνητο σου κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο και ταυτοχρόνως κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης. Η βαθμολογία στη booking το αδικεί.

Δεν είχε κάτι πολύ χτυπητό που δεν μας άρεσε.

Stunning view, the verandas must be made safer, and some restoration is is a must

perfect view, perfect location

Cons:

Dated hotel, needs restoration in several areas. I don't have any children, but small children can easily fall off the veranda. Very dangerous. Wooden finish in the room must be refreshed and some dirty chairs in the breakfast room must be replaced in order to make the hotel look at least like a 4 star hotel.

Well located, excellent sea view and clean.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, the location and view are excellent, large rooms and friendly staff. This was once a 5 star hotel. Although it is no longer it is still a nice place to stay. We had a balcony with a direct view of the sea. The breakfast was good. It is in walking distance to everything. They advertise free in room wifi but it does not have it and you need to go to the lobby to access it. That is something they should address because it is now considered a basic service. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to people I know.

Pros:

This used to be a beautiful hotel which is currently rundown . The staff tried very hard to make up for all deficiencies such no WiFi or not working refrigerator. They upgraded our room. The room was very nice, but we paid a lot of many for this hotel, which presents itself as a 5 star property, but it is far away from from this rating. Very sad!

Hotel advertises ‘free WiFi’ however, they don’t tell you it is only available on the reception floor as part of the business suite. No WiFi is available in the rooms. This is 2025 and NO hotel can claim to be 4-5 star when not offering this very basic service in guest rooms. This is the first hotel stayed in globally where this sort of poor service is offered. Staff are also pretty grumpy … maybe because they can’t get WiFi??? If I could give zero stars I would…
