Pros:

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, die Umgebung mit Bergbahnen, aussichtsreichen Wanderungen und Unternehmungen super vielfältig. Der Wellnessbereich ist ein Traum. Die Wanderungen mit Barbara absolut zu empfehlen, man lernt viel über die Region. Zum Abschied gab es sogar Wasser, Äpfel und einen kleinen Laib Brot. Vielen Dank für diese erholsame Zeit!

Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Das Team ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist sauber und gemütlich. Die Zimmer sind bis auf ein paar alte sehr schön. Kann mit gutem Gewissen das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

Hotel in rinnovamento e ampliamento.
Per questo alcune zone erano poco acciglianti e spoglie. Un forte vento entrava dalle zone nuove.
Ottima cucina,personale accogliente.

Der Empfang an der Rezeption mit einem Glas Prosecco war sehr nett und lief reibungslos. Alle Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dafür möchte ich ein großes Lob aussprechen. Was nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprach waren die vielen Nachlässigkeiten: Die Duschabtrennung hatte Schwarzschimmel in 2 Segmenten, die man nur reinigen kann, wenn man in die Dusche geht und die Abtrennung schließt; Der Wasserhahn des Waschbeckens war stark verkrustet und verkalkt; lieblose Renovierungsversuche an den Fliesen; im Fitnessraum funktionierte die halbe Beleuchtung nicht, d.h. ein ganzer Teilbereich war dunkel; ein Fitnessgerät war zwar eingeschaltet, aber wenn man den Startknopf drückte, passierte gar nichts. Alles machte auf uns einen lieblosen, nicht gepflegten Eindruck, was ich für ein 4-Sterne-Haus unangebracht finde. Beim Abendessen war das Fleisch und der Fisch trocken gebraten und gekocht und das Gemüse kam aus der Konserve bzw. dem Tiefkühler.

Positive: Great location for summer hiking; close to the store; exceptionally friendly staff;

Neutral: food is good

Negative: bathroom is a bit too small (no place to hang towels) and only few toilettries are provided; decoration in the hotel is a bit dated;

Excellent location!
Pros:

The hotel is at an excellent location just right next to the ski slopes! The view was gorgeous from our balcony. However the room was very tiny and the staff was not really caring in the first couple of days. Later on they were nice tough. The wellness facility is great. Maybe too much children.
